This is not an official AT&T store, it is an "authorized reseller"...beware. While the people at the store seem nice enough, they will sign you up for all of the insurance plans an extra upgrade plans without your permission. The Assistant Manager even went as far to say the insurance plan was required by AT&T when buying a new phone and she had to include it, which was not true. She was saying this as she earned a commission from selling the insurance. When I got my bill today I also noticed she snuck on the "AT&T Next Up" plan. This was something I did not ask for and was never discussed.This is a very sleezy store that will add lots of extras to your you plan to earn commissions. If you must deal with them, watch your future bills very closely, they cannot be trusted.

She added insurance for 17 a month without my permission or even discussing. CHECK YOUR BILL and don't go to an "authorized retailer"

I recently conducted an upgrade and purchase at this location and Christian was very helpful making sure the transaction went smoothly. He worked to complete the setup and data transfer even though the store closing time passed.Thank You Very Much!

Been a att customer for 7yrs..Came to this store last june to upgrade my phone the asiciate name was Christian wile he did a good job helping us but at the same time made a big mistake and i been trying to get that mistake fixed sinse july. we are in almoat dec and countless calls to him and customer service and im still paying for a phone i dont have. it looks tha nobody can help me just spend 1:45hrs on the phone today Nov26 and still they can figure out why i keep paying amd they said that it cant be delete of my account.. so im paying an extra $40 monthly for a phone i dont have for the next yr... it looks im going to change to another company before next bill is due.. i wish i can put negative stars..

Worst store I've been in by far. Nobody says a word when you walk in and want to show pics of their kids to each other while customers wait. Not even helpful when they do get to you. Katarina was honestly a waste of time in many regards! Go anywhere else if possible! Good luck ATT, that's why you are losing customers.

Looking to switch 5 phones, a tablet and a watch from Verizon and T Mobile. Called 3 times between 11am and 1pm. No answer. Called the corporate store, they answered so we’re heading there now. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Salesman lied. Tried to get upgrade for my phone and he said I had to change plans. I knew better and left called 611 they handled it. Do not recommend this store at Queensgate.

Experienced top-tier customer service from Daniel in resolving a complex billing issue I had following cellphone upgrades. He took the time to call AT&T customer service in order to get to the bottom of the issues and obtain correct information. With support from his District Mgr (Sarah), all issues were resolved to my total surprise and appreciation all b/c he took the time to THOROUGHLY research solutions and ask all the necessary questions. Thanks, Daniel, for your patience and for valuing me as a long-term customer to make sure all issues were resolved. You deserve a raise for your care and commitment to top-tier customer service!

New management is not honoring the free replacement screen protectors. Beware! Don’t pay 45 dollars for a single screen protector when you can get three for that price on Amazon!!!!
