Nikki and Liam were extremely kind and helpful in trying to fix a line issue with my husband’s phone. I probably spent over 2hrs with each of them and customer support over the phone to try and get this resolved. Nikki worked on it for weeks after I left the store and finally got it resolved. Honestly, it was probably outside the scope of what her job description is, but I am so thankful for her help and going above and beyond. She is a hero! They both were also very helpful and good with problem solving to find a temporary fix until tech support finally could get the line fixed. Thank you Nikki and Liam for your patience with me and all the reps we talked to on the phone!

I have been in several stores they all lie and do what they want. I was told no store had what I wanted not true they just wanted me to order then opened a line vs upgrade my current line so they get credit and I get a fee

Do not go here and especially avoid the gray haired guy named Edward krevis. He will send you for loops for 3-4 hours trying to figure out how to hook up a phone and then lie to you about what he’s giving you for trades and whatnot. He will tell you prices for a pro then give you trade in as a regular. Tries to blame it all on corporate who actually knows who he is cause of all the complaints about him. safe yourself the hassle if you want AT&T and drive to another store

I came in to upgrade my 8 year old iphone, and being gadget stupid (i can admit it), i trusted they would take care of me. And i learned a lesson. He talked me into an iphone SE, and i left happy. Until i got home and realized he had sold me a 64gb phone, and i had a 128gb phone already, so i couldnt transfer everything over to the new phone. So i went back in less than 1 hour later, expecting that it was no big deal and they would fix this issue for me. And i was told they would give me the correct phone with 128gb, but i’d have to pay a $55 restocking fee. I told them i was expecting them to give me the correct phone size, not give me half the gigs without mentioning it. And again, he insisted it was my fault and i’d have to pay the $55 fee. When i told him im not paying $55 to hand him back the phone, his response was “then your issues arent our problem anymore, and you can go to the Apple store in Park City mall if you need assistance”. Great customer service. So i resolved all these issues by switching my account to T-Mobile, and was given a free iphone for doing so. And AT&T will never get another penny of my money again, including for the iphone they stuck me with. Since im not gonna pay you for this phone, you’re welcome to come to my home and pick it up. But i charge a $55 fee to put the phone back in the box, and hand it to you. Cash only please.

Got me in and out with service in less then 15 minutes, and was very pleasant to deal with. Associate even told me a few tricks to get what I want from AT&T later on down the road!

Miguel was fantastic today. My wife's phone died unexpectedly and we were able to work with Miguel to get a brand new phone. I was also able to upgrade my device to a newer model as well. I highly recommend working with Miguel!

Unfortunately my state ID was lost at the airport and they would not release the phone with any other forms of ID I had available (ss card, vehicle registration, the card I used to pay, work photo ID that has my name) The “manager” just said there was nothing she could do, they don’t have a record of SS numbers. She refused to give me the name and number of her supervisor. She offered an email address that doesn’t even contain a name or anything. Looks fake.I resolved it myself by adding my son from the parking lot and having him bring his ID to pickup - the fact that the lady (who also didn’t give her name) couldn’t come up with such a simple solution. Also - I had to give the last 4 of my SS to complete the transaction but I thought they didn’t have visibility to that? All this tells me that this supposed manager was more interested in catching a Karen so she could make a TikTok than actually helping a long-standing customer. I’ll make sure to avoid this location moving forward.

My experience at AT&T August 11/2022 was an amazing experience. I highly recommend AT&T!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I did not want to leave. Staff was very professional ?

I saw a lot of horrible reviews on here and was hesitant to stop by. I’m thankful I did because I saved myself a 20 minute extension on my drive to an AT&T store. I was helped the literal moment I walked into the store and that is a big thing for me as well. Alex was incredibly helpful and made the experience so fast and painless. He helped me set up my Apple Watch with in 20 minutes tops. I highly recommend this place and the staff included. 10/10.

Bri doesn't know the movie that the comment ,"Your killing me smalls" came from. Shawn is very knowledgeable and was very professional and courteous. Also, Brian did not know who Chris Pratt. This is a disappointment. Bri is not to be reprimanded for these comments.
