The staff was nice but it was very hard to find. Once on Arsenal make a R right past the GMC...as soon as u make that R make a L by the Keystone Fireworks location...go through the gate and make the first R into the “S” shaped lot (b4 the employee parking)...FYI the docks are in the garage doors

If you’re new to this place and OTR the easy docks you find in the back ARE NOT the ones you deliver to. So turn down Arsenal then right on Eden just past GMC BUICK dealership. You’ll see a sign for Carpet Mart turn into that entrance turn immediately right into the S curve drive way your docks are hiding behind garage doors as they don’t want to tell you that.

This small and not friendly company. I has 1 palet and stay 3,5 hours. They so slow and horrible. I don't want to give them even 1 star ???
