I serviced my Subaru quite a few times at this location and at other locations as well.What makes this location unique lately is the overcharges they have.Basically you schedule your car for maintenance at a cost on line and then they charge you more when you check out.This is very shameful for the name Subaru, and it makes me not want to buy another one in the future.I explained this last time at the local service manager, but he just simply doesn't understand that this is an unfair practice and he things that a way to fix this problem is to change the website to have a disclaimer in the future that warns you of the additional charges. That just simply wrong as well.We, the Subaru owners are not okay with this.You guys service Subaru cars and should not do this for basic services such as oil changes and tire rotations.The price you show on line should be the price we pay.I'm attaching pictures with the price displayed on line.$79.99 + $24.95 = $104.94$104.94 + 6% sales tax = $111.23 ( that's what I should've paid).Instead, I was charged $121.61. You can see that on the pictures with the invoices, I am attaching.

Excellent parts team at Apple Subaru, always there to help me and they remember my car and info every-time i show up, have gone the extra mile a few times to acquire parts that are on backorder for me to keep me on the road.

Apple Subaru has always had it for reputation. If you want reliable service on your Subarus I'd recommend Lancaster County motors in East Petersburg.I had one Subaru serviced at Apple and was very disappointing. All of our Subarus were purchased at Lancaster County motors we've been driving them for well over 30 years

Very knowledgeable parts staff helped me find what I needed to complete my repair. Parts arrived the next day and had my Subaru running well again.

Bought our first subaru ordered in January came in May love the car so far disappointed was told the picture they took of our first new car ever would be on The website it still is not I wouldn't be upset normally but this was our very first new car dissappointed

I bought a car and hours later the check engine light came on. Now they say i have a $1,200.00 bill days after i just bought it. The service team was very nice but Doug Augburn was extremely degrading towards me, a woman. They scammed me, don't let them do it to you. Worst car buying experience of my life.

I used to have good experience with the service department by letting them handling the state inspections etc. But today's visit completely ruined the impression. I was there to get my car diagnosis for a vibration issue. The car was sent to this Subaru service department by Apple Collision Center and was inspected a few months ago after an accident. When I was waiting for the diagnosis service today, I asked for a report from the previous inspection. Surprising the manager denied they ever had the car in their shop for that inspection and looked very irritated. When I got the invoice number from the collision center manager who sent the car for the inspection and showed it to him, he admitted the car was inspected by them but said he was not lying he just did not find the record . But still refused to give me that report and asked me to talk to the collision center manager. OK, legal concerns, I got it. So I called the collision center manager again and that manager agreed to talk to the Subaru manager to let him print a report for me. So I put the collision center manger on speaker to let him talk to the Subaru manager. Guess what, that Subaru manager even refused to talk to the collision center via my phone. Instead he told the collision center manager to call his direct line. I have never be treated like this by any kind of services in the US or in any other countries I lived or visited, very unprofessional and dishonest.

Dropped off our 1 year old car for a 9am appointment with Scott Gable, the Apple Subaru Service Manager. The car needed an oil change and smog check. We informed Scott Gable that we have an out of town ticketed event to attend early in the afternoon. Scott Gable assured us that the car would be ready no later than noon. When we returned at noon, the car could be seen in the shop, and Scott Gable was already gone for the day. Even though there were no repairs required, the car was not ready until almost 1 o'clock. By then it was too late and we missed the event that we had purchased tickets for. Thank you Apple Subaru and Scott Gable for the wonderful customer no service.

At first, after the purchase of my STI, it was an absolute horrible experience. However, Doug, who I think I found a new friend out of this experience helped me into my WRX. Let’s just say, after my experience, If I ever purchase another car I’ll make sure that they have the title in hand, like they did with the WRX. Doug went above and beyond to make sure the wrx is what I wanted. I’m sad I don’t have an STI, but I’m completely happy with my new car. Peep at the WRX. Thank you Doug, and Tyler. Aside: the STI was having issues, so I’m glad there was a title issue.

Had a fantastic experience here. Very professional and quick service. They don't try to trick you to buy services for your car, they're honest with you if you actually need a service or not. Easy scheduling with many different options. Great customer experience. The waiting lounge is a great area and has free water bottles, makes the time fly with the comfy chairs.

We had an awesome experience at the Apple Subaru dealer In York. We moved from NJ on 7/1. We needed a new SUV and after reading the great reviews from Apple we decided to purchase our car here. We were greeted by Nate, outstanding service we got from him. He is professional very personable & friendly. We were not pushed into buying the vehicle on that day. He got us a wonderful deal. They did not have the car in the lot due to shortage of cars. We received our car in August. Nate kept us updated in process and status of our car order. It was truly a great experience. The staff are all very friendly too. Shanon Fuller in the financial dept made the financial experience super easy. We got all the packages we wanted in the vehicle. We are happy customers.
