The front desk staff were so sweet and very welcoming. Dr T did puppy’s dental work and I have no complaints. She was informative, professional and caring. I know Tess was in good hands and would recommend this office to anyone!

I really cannot say enough positive things about Animal Dental Center in York. The entire team there is phenomenal and goes above and beyond from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team and Dr. Tjepkema for their compassion and thorough care of my cat, Charlie, during and after his surgery. I have seen other reviews complain about the high cost of care, but I can assure you that it is absolutely worth it (and then some). It's as the adage goes--you get what you pay for!

Our little Yorky, Sailor had 17 teeth extracted. This practice specializes in complex conditions. From the door, they made us feel confident with our decision. Dr. Brittany Sembler went above and beyond to help with Sailor's recovery. We can't say enough about her professionalism, knowledge and care for our little girl. Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Sembler !

Be prepared to spend over $3,000 to get two teeth removed. They don’t explain the whole process to you. The dentist and receptionist both told me it would take two hours to remove my cats teeth, and the receptionist gave me a number to text for updates. It took over 6 hours, they don’t answer that text line, and the only place to call is their main office. They don’t provide updates on the animals at all. If my cat needs dental work in the future, I would look other places.

We took our little Chihuahua (female) to
Dr Tjepkema in the York Pa center where she did some major dental surgery on our baby. Jennifer at the desk was a sweetheart and was very professional and caring and helpful to all of our needs. Dr Tjepkema DVM was also a sweetheart, caring, sympathetic and professional and very informative and made sure we knew exactly how to take cake of our little girl post Op. We highly recommend this Dr to take care of all your fur babies dental needs. Thank you Jennifer and Dr Tjepkema for all you’ve done.

I took my 2 year old dog Willie because of a massive dentigerous Cyst that had eaten his jaw bone from his 1st large molar to the middle of his front teeth on his left side. Dr. T was amazing with Willie and myself. Prior to surgery, she explained everything while showing me the 3D exams. The surgery was extensive and took most of the day. Throughout the day, the staff kept me informed by texting on Willies progress each step of the way. After the surgery was over, Dr. T sat with me and explained everything that needed done and his 10 week healing protocol which included multiple visits in the final cost. The staff and Dr. T were extremely knowledgeable amazing to work with. I highly recommend Animal Dental Center.

The Doctor and Staff were super attentive to our needs as pet parents. The knowledgeable and friendly staff made you feel comfortable knowing that they are taking care of our fur babies. I would recommend Animal Dental Center in an heartbeat. Have been going to this specialty practice for 8 years, 3 of our Shelties have been seen and have had malocclusions corrected or other dental issues.

They did an extensive soft-tissue reconstruction of our dog's mouth to correct some congenital issues that were causing infectious problems. They were efficient, affordable, thorough and caring. Their facility is incredible and the support staff and Dr's are incredibly current, capable and communicative. We're grateful for them.

I absolutely cannot be more thrilled with this place. Dr. Jennifer Tjepkema DVM and her team are simply the best. They were VERY accommodating and welcoming. Easy to schedule. Friendly kind staff. My dog needed an extraction, and was able to be done same day (costly but their team is so worth it) and she went over the top to help our young family so we can take care of our beloved dog. my sincerest gratitude to their team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took our dog in for teeth removal and cost over 3000.00. She has been in pain ever since and just got her examined again and was charged another 430.00 for a 10 minute exam with no results.

Caramel(14yo) and I(noyb) decided to have major teeth extractions done to prevent as much of a life-threatening situation(s) in the future for her since she was diagnosed with a heart condition. Dr Goodwin(Cara's Cardiologist) had recommended ADC confidently and that was it for us.Dr. Jennifer Tjepkema was a delight and assured Cara and I about the surgery benefits outweighing the risks and that my friends was the best decision for my little cocker.Anxiously awaiting her return was extreme. Dr. Jennifer Tjepkema came out and gave me the wonderful news that Cara's surgery was a success. Relieved was an understatement..I was a hot mess prior.Seeing my little girl after the surgery was difficult since I have never seen my little one is such a drunken stupor(jk) She was out of it until that evening.The Vet Tech gave us the post surgery directives and we went home. We followed the instructions as best as we could. Keeping that spittoon halo was the greatest challenge of all.Follow up with our wonderful PCV Dr Cincotti was completed 2 weeks after Cara's surgery and we couldn't have been more pleased. YAYWe waited 6mos to post this review to give a perspective of the entire journey and how it takes a Village to find the best solution's for our little Cuddler's in Chief ;-)Dr. Jennifer Tjepkema, thank you so much for making Cara's future a little brighter.Dr. Goodwin, thank you for your ongoing cardiac care that Cara so desperately needs.Dr. Cincotti, Thank you for continuing to care for Cara's medical and spiritual needs.Caramel and Annie Shaleialohalani

They don't call you and let you know how your pet is doing! They don't call you to tell you your pet is in recovery! They don't call to check the next day how your pet is doing at home! They don't call you with the results of your pets biopsy! They don't call you after 2 weeks like they say they will!
