What can I said, like a father I show up with my son with 0 experience and lthey help us with a 2023 R3 .Tyler, the owner and the rest of the team was patients with us making sure we had the understanding and the right equipment for my son safety.They give us the right atenttion and don't put pressure on us. They answer every single question followed by and example to make sure we understand.If you had experince or not this is the right place to go.

I purchased a bike from AMS a few months back and I can't say enough great things about the buying experience. They had everything ready to go when I arrived and the attitudes of the staff were exactly what you would hope for when making a large purchase. I was in and out in no time without feeling rushed. There is no doubt I'll be considering AMS for all future powersports purchases. Mike and his team are top notch!

I bought my first bike here which is a 2018 Honda CBR300R, and was very impressed with the service that Action Motorsports provided. The whole team was very helpful every step of the way in the buying process and they were able to accommodate delivering this bike to our home. Would highly recommend AMS for anyone in the area looking for a good motorcycle buying experience!

Buying my first bike went as smoothly as possible. Not to mention the staff at Action Motorsports are amazing, I’ve been able to have all my questions answered everytime I go, I get what I need and it’s always nice when people remember there customers. Probably the only dealer I’ll go to, as long as I can get an R1 next summer lol. To be serious, buying, riding and maintaining my first bike was a great experience and Action Motorsports made it a lot easier. Thanks guys

Great experience when trading my bike in for a new Husky. Mike and Kevin had me in and out with about 80 minutes. Showroom and service wait area were clean. Had no visual on the service service department, so I do not know what that looked like.

Overall, not impressed. When we asked about test driving a bike before purchasing, they said “that’ll be one of the last things you do” and they weren’t kidding. But they made it sound like there would be an opportunity to do so before signing. Not the case. Had to actually purchase it before being able to ride it at all. Customer service was mediocre at best. Scheduled the first “break-in service”, just an oil change and idle speed adjustment. Dropped it off the morning of, when we scheduled it for and they said they’d call when it was finished. Three hours later we stop by and they haven’t even touched it yet.

My experience has always been pleasant and professional. Their shop is fully stock with everything you need….sales, parts and accessories, huge selection helmets, gear and safety equipment, swag, etc.
