Whoever was the guy that picked my car up from east York petco on Sunday jan 28th went above and beyond. He does not directly work for AAA but I assume he is contracted out. The 5 stars are for that man not necessarily AAA. Yea it’s not for AAA at all.

Paid for a renewal at the York Location back in November and to this day no card. The customer services reps are RUDE and dont care as long as they got your money.

I stopped back after my wife received her title and registration before I had even so much had my check clear my bank account. After waiting 45 minutes for a manager to return from her break when told she would be back in 15 minutes, I was informed that she change my signed title and registration change forms in multiple places to correct her poorly trained employee's mistakes. I've worked in the legal field for a decade and was always taught that you don't alter a legal document with the signee at least initialing the paperwork. Clearly, they were never taught this at this AAA location either. She called her courier to confirm that they delivered it to PennDOT, but she has no more information as my paperwork wasn't showing up on PennDOT's system. I was informed that she had trained her staff on the credit union being in the system. While that might help some unfortunate soul stupid enough to come here for the tag and title work, it does nothing for me.

Been a AAA member for years, went in to get a title (in MY name) transferred from out of state. I was told that they could not verify the VIN on the car that I drove there after dark, because being dark outside is "inclimate weather". They handed me a stack of papers and told me I'd have to pay an auto shop to verify my Vin and start the paperwork. Don't waste your time with these people for tag and title services.

Came out of the grocery store to a dead battery. Hopped on the AAA app & requested service. My man Clayton was there in 5 minutes. He was polite & knowledgeable. He swiftly diagnosed & replaced the battery (new battery was already in his vehicle). The entire process only took 20 minutes. What could’ve been a major headache was a minor hiccup, thanks to AAA.

I have been with AAA for years & rarely used it. When it came time for assistance, I was flabbergasted that they wouldn't download my proof of insurance, in order to get my vehicle registered in PA. The associate assisting me stated it was OK for the police to use, but they needed a paper copy! Ridiculous! My insurance company (Geico) stated it is recognized in all, but 3, of the 50 states; AAA in PA, should have been able to handle this.

There is more then enough people in this office but somehow they never return calls or reply to emails. Lucky for me I found a travel agent who knows how to treat their customers

If I could give a negative after today I would .I have been a member for 36 years and no more after today Called due to dead battery waited 2 hrs came installed new battery but new one didn't work was not charged was told by tech it was not chgd had weak charged as long as he put the jump charger on the new battery it would run so he told us with the jump start to drive home and if didn't start call AAA back k they would come with another new battery and install So home it didn't start called AAA they sent so m eone who doesn't install new batteries he said this battery has a charge but every time we turn off car it won't start without a jump by him he told us to take it to our mechanic to see if it is installed correctly so he jump started it again and left my husband is at garage now this battery is no good Called AAA back they will not come put in a new battery that works I paid $240 this morning for that battery and now my husband is at mechanic paying to have a good battery installed

This place is a joke. I went in to transfer a title on a Monday night @ 5pm and they told me they could not do the title transfer because the gal that is trained to do so it left early. I was assured she would be there the following day till 6pm and would be able to take care of me. When I arrived the following evening, just after 5 pm, I am was told once again they can not do the title transfer, but this time it’s because there are 2 customers ahead of me and they close at 6. This is extremely frustrating because I intentionally left work 2 days in a row early to transfer the title, only to be told that they can not do it. Train more personnel or setup an appointment service so people are not wasting their time. This is a paid member service. I have been a AAA member for 24 years, always faithfully paying for my membership. It’s clear that AAA is stealing my money at this point and not providing the benefits/services I subscribed to. I will be going back till I get the title transferred, since my membership is paid up and it’s a matter of principle at this point. But I will not being doing so quietly. They will have a clear understanding that the service they now offer is not what it was 20 years ago. Unfortunately, we should just mark AAA up as another failed company. You can not treat your customers this way and expect to remain solvent.

DO NOT purchase luggage from AAA. They do not back what they sell. We purchased 2 Travelpro suitcases from them and both broke on our first trip one week later. AAA would not help us with a return or exchange. Travelpro also has not returned our messages. We have contacted the BBB about both of them. At least our credit card company will handle the dispute.
