Excellent experience with the team at R.A. Smith and Sons. The vehicle was returned in top shape. From the estimate to completion of repairs communication and service was top notch. This shop gave us a level of service that is hard to find in business today. I would definitely recommend this shop.

My 2024 GMC Sierra was damaged in an accident where someone ran a stop sign and hit me on my driver's side. Nathan and his crew went above and beyond and made my truck look as new as the day I got it and they kept us up to speed with everything through the whole process. Would recommend them to anyone.

I took my Hyundai Elantra to R A Smith after a fender bender that damaged my rear bumper.
I drove to R A Smith to ask if they were able to work on it, the gentleman came outside, took photos, and evaluated it on the spot, making recommendation for best repair.
R A Smith handled the insurance claim by submitting the estimates for me, and had the repair done 2 days from drop off.
The quality of work was stellar, these guys are artists, and really take pride in their work.
R A Smith went far above and beyond, they even touched up a rust spot on my car, and detailed the interior of my car.
I could not ask for better service, or quality of work.
11/10 would recommend.

I had my car detailed at Nathan’s shop and I cannot believe how good of a job they did. I had gotten some sort of greasy substance baked onto my car when I was behind a truck on the highway and nothing was taking it off. I was dismayed and thought the paint job was ruined and nothing could help. I decided to see if Nathan’s shop could do anything and they got it right in, they were able to get the substance off, everyone was very nice there, and the price was beyond fair. I will be going back here for any future bodywork needs and I am going to recommend them to anyone else who needs bodywork done!

Extremely high quality work at very good pricing, with friendly and responsive customer service. They handled some minor/low-speed impact damage on the rear corner of my wife's car for hundreds less than other shops quoted. They scheduled it within a couple weeks when others were booked out for months. Nathan was friendly, helpful, and honest in every interaction. The paint work on the bumper is impeccable and well-matched. They had PDR (paintless dent repair) done on a small dent on the fender that other shops would have considered perfect. Even before us seeing it, Nathan told us it was much improved but not perfect in his eyes and that portion of the work was discounted. I'm not convinced we would have noticed the tiny imperfection in the body line that he was talking about. Most other shops would have called it good, charged full price, and not mentioned a thing. While I hope to not need any more body work, I would absolutely go back here if we do.

RA Smith & Sons was recommended to be by a friend when my car was damaged after a run in with a deer. I am so glad I went with them. Nathan was great to work with from start to finish. He was professional, responsive with communication, consistent in his work timeline, had a high standard of attention to detail in parts and labor, very thorough and ultimately did a fantastic job. I really appreciated his level of integrity and would highly recommend him and his team for collision repair.

I can't say enough good things about RA Smith & Sons Auto Collision. They went above and beyond my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I called, Nick was attentive and knowledgeable. He provided an estimate and was very helpful throughout the entire repair process. The quality of their work is outstanding, and my truck looks great!! I wouldn't hesitate to bring my truck here again as they are skilled and professional. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently, and my truck looks brand new again. I used this business to do repairs on my car after someone hit me. This team went above and beyond to not only get the job done, but get it done right. I had a dent in the back part of my car and they repaired that, they also made sure my car was clean and ready to be driven. I couldn't ask for a better company. They were friendly, fast, and reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. And I will certainly be back if/when I need work again.

A tree came down on my fully restored 1993 f150. I was worried due to its age and two tone paint that I'd have a hard time finding someone who could work on it, but by the time these guys were done it looked better than it ever had. Yes, the non-damaged pic is from after the tree fell on it, not before. If you find that hard to believe so did I. These guys are true masters, they made sure everything was perfect down to the last detail. I'd give them 10 out of 5 stars if google would let me!Also you couldn't find nicer people. Answered every question I had, kept me up to date on progress, and in a way I was sad to get the truck back cause it was always a joy to talk with them!So if your vehicle needs any repairs, this is the place you'll want to take it, hands down.Services: Painting
