This company is a fraud and will straight up steal your money and laugh at you while they do it. I have never seen such petty and worthless staff doing such a poor job, the only way they can stay in business is fraud.

They only let you see 3 cars when you visit. The lot is really quite dangerous. They let just about anybody in the loaders. Go to America’s or Adesa or really any other auction you’ll have a much better experience.

Don't know how this company is doing business. No transporter wants to go to Copart, they complain that they have to wait 2-4 hours sometimes and they lose their other appointments with pickup from other locations since Copart pickup is working by appointment through the app, that's so complicated. They charge too much buyer's fee along with other charges. They don't have pickup on weekends but they will charge storage fee for weekend too. Most of the buyers I know stopped buying from Copart due to these reasons and I am quitting too. Whenever you call their customer service you are put on a long hold then you are directed to another location in some other state and then they tell you that you called wrong location.

Called first to find out what I needed to do so I could get my belongings out of my vehicle. Getting through directly to them was a bit challenging but when I did. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. The staff there was very friendly and helpful with my needs. I suggest you scan the barcode at the window outside to check in. It makes life a whole lot simpler. They will text u through all the steps u have to take from there on.

Sold my pickup to them. Though there were doubts and concerns, the experience went very well and they do their job very well. There are plenty of scams out there but these guys are good, honest, and reliable. Would recommend.

Last 6/13 I traveled from Baltimore to picked up a motorcycle. This unit was posted as a “ Run and Drive” and with Keys unit. When I picked up the bike, it was not running and there is no key, both wheels are broken so how can a bike be labeled as such when you can barely move it. 3 of copart associates were there to show me the bike and tested it if it starts and it didn’t. One of the guys said the battery need more juice because it’s been sitting. So just charge the battery when you get home and it should start. So with their assurance I decided to get the bike and surely enough I charged the battery to its full capacity when I got home but to my dismay the bike won’t even fire up. Just nothing happened. My concern is how can you label your unit so inaccurately? This is a de service to your customers. I’ve been a member of Copart for years now and this is the worst transaction that I’ve been in with. This is a totally unfair treatment. And the worst part is the motor is totally damaged from underneath.

This place is an absolute joke! Office personnel are either unfriendly or incompetent; arrived to collect belongings from our car, was told the day before we could take the wheels we are still paying off so long as we replace them. Get to the yard and the lady in the office says we can't do that unless insurance releases them. Would have been nice to know in advance since this is our first time totalling a vehicle. This was after we were snapped at for not knowing we need to "check in" with an app, which could have also been explained the day before when we called. They tell you one thing one day, then you show up and its completely different the next. If your car ends up here after an accident, don't expect to get it back or get any freaking help from the people here at this place!! Also expect to be treated like you are stupid, sadly kindness isn't something they have here.

Do NOT sign up or purchase from Copart. They’re scamming everyone. All vehicles they’re posting on their site full of misinformation. They’re charging online bidding, gate fees etc you don’t even know. Their buyer fees higher than they advertised. 99% vehicles are junk. Stay away. Save your money & headaches. I am making complaints to PA attorney general office.

I only can say this. It used to be much better. Sometime you drive there and they will deny you from preview cars. They want you to buy without seeing the car first. Only 2 car allowed to see per visit. That’s ridiculous. Driving 2 hours to see 2 cars. Customer service non existent.

Ok I bought a car and paid for everything including shipping so I have been trying to call them all day to arrange shipping 8 times I get asked to hold and they never get back to me or I call and put in for callback and they never call me back. So finally I call member services and they put me through to a copart lot in California and I explain what is going on to them and they tell me that they have 10 business day to deliver the car and I will get a call 1 hour before delivery to know its coming I have a job and i just cant up and leave without a proper notice if some one from the York Haven office could have told me that and not have been rude I wouldn't be writing this negative review about them ....and it's the first time I bought a car from copart York Haven so how am i supposed to know that when they don't tell me that .... God Bless Them All!!!!
