This is the worst. My internet continues to drop. I call them and every time they tell you the same thing, to unplug and restart your modem and router. How about you just fix it and not tell me to just unplug it and plug it back in. Why do I have to do that. My internet drops or my tv doesn't work at least once a week and it's annoying as hell. Their customer service is trash. I continue to ask someone to come out to my residence , through email and while speaking to their tech over the phone but I'm being told I need to test out my own internet first before they send a tech out. Wtf is the point of that. I'm literally calling you once a month to the point that I don't even want to call you about how bad this is because I just feel bad to whoever answers the phone. I would really love if someone came to my house and made sure my setup is correct and what I could do to not have that problem. Not fix my internet myself every week.

Internet service was slow and dropped out all the time. Paying for higher speeds didn’t result in anything faster. Swapping to 5G internet

I use them for my internet. I think the prices are fair. And the people that work in the office at the Lewisberry location are so nice and helpful.

Whatever you do DO NOT GET BLUE RIDGE INTERNET. Where I live they are the only ISP that is not DSL. I’ve had YEARS of horrible connection issues.

I have no problem with the pricing. I had some issues which turned out to be problems I caused by using poor quality splitters for added TVs. They replaced the equipment and everything is fine. NO cost for service visit.

Very poor internet ! Avoid at all cost . Hate to say it , but i hope comcast will be able to buy them out and take over soon . They know they are the only gig in town atm , but i hear that might change soon .
