Customer service A+. Also, I like the texts detailing what needs done. I did make one mistake. I should have done the engine filter and the cabin filter. They're easy jobs I would have saved almost $200 on 2 ten minute jobs

I've been very happy with the service I get from Stroups garage. They are very thorough. You get details and pictures throughout inspections. If I have an issue with my car, they have got me in quickly. Logan explained things in understandable terms so that I could make any decisions for repairs needed. Office personnel is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this garage.

I received an appointment the same day I called for a repair on the electrical system in the doors. The problem was diagnosed and a repair estimate was put together. I had no surprises and the electrical system is up and running. Additionally they had to search for the needed part. They kept me updated on the progress of the repair. The only thing different I would have done was ask for a loner car, because my car was in the shop for three days.
