Fax machine is broken but they won't tell you that until you're already there. If you have to use this location, you must either bring a script or have it electronically sent over. Hopefully this saves someone else the wasted time.

Pleasant experience. The waiting area was a bit crowded and the check in machine was down so you had to sign in via clipboard but hey you can’t control how many people show and and tech acts up sometime. Although I was told that happened before. There was one gentleman having a bit of a time because he had a 8:45 appointment and hadn’t been seen yet. My appointment was at 9 and I was seen just before him. He ended up having to say something. But as for me everyone that worked there was nice, answered my questions and were professional.

I’m a very nervous person when it comes to bloodwork. I have deep veins and sometimes people miss. They were Super nice and super fast!!! Blood Ninjas! I barely felt the needle go in! Most definitely would recommend and come back… don’t see how they have bad reviews honestly!

Very friendly and easy experience. I came in with a written script and was getting labwork done all within 5 minutes! The technician and receptionist were very sweet.

The facility was supposed to open at 7:00am. The first staff member didn’t unlock the doors until a little after 7:00am. They prompt you to self check in at the kiosk. At the end, it tells you to enter your cellphone number so that you can be notified when it’s your turn to check in. I go to my car because it stunk in the facility, but go back in after I see ppl leaving out. The receptionist states, “if you left and came back, I removed you from the list, it’s too busy for all that!” However, there were only three patients in front of me, and again, it didn’t mean to move inside the building. The receptionist (Irene) was unprofessional and very rude. She kept making little remarks to what I ignored because I didn’t my bloodwork being delayed. I’m cool!

The young lady who waited on me was very personable and professional (on 12/5/23). There were a couple other clients already waiting. I didn't feel rushed along despite the fact she was the only employee on staff at the time. I was hesitant when reading other's reviews, but I would return to this location. Hopefully, with the same positive outcome.

Terrible. They will have you wait at a window for a very long time with no one present to offer assistance. Do not go to this lab Corp location. I only came here because it was close. I'm typing this as I stand at the window receiving no assistance with no one present to help. I literally called them on the phone while standing at the window for over 20 minutes No one answered the phone. Trifling. Now leaving the place at 946am on this date

Corporate need to hire more people and stop penny pinching. I feel sorry for the one person who has to double as receptionist and phlebotomist. The people deserve better service.Maybe some of you corporate big wigs should come and serve by yourselves for a few days, then you will have a better understanding of what it's like working solo serving 40-50 clients/day.

This is my go to labcorp, never a bad experience. Parking is easy and I'm always in and out in 10 minutes.
