Called Tech2go - Amid was super nice, willing to help and offer a discount on the phone. Got there , got my phone fixed in 15 mins. Could ask for better service! I 100% recommend”

“I must thank Justin Curtis for helping me at the counter today. I came in hoping I could transfer a big video file from my Mac to thumb drives. (I'd already spent three futile hours trying to share that file in other ways.) Justin sensed my frustration and jumped in to resolve it. Once I bought three thumb drives, he did all three transfers on the spot. Folks are already sharing that video via thumb drives. They're thanking me but Justin deserves all the credit. Justin, thanks for being so brilliant, kind and happy to help!!!”

“I really appreciate the support and proactive I approach they took❤️ to have a simple number transfered over to a new device I purchased, Metro customer service attempted to run the management in the store as well as me In circles due to pure laziness.One of their operators specifically said to us on speaker all I would need to do to access my old account is a valid photo ID and the issue would be rectified "I didn't rember my 8 digit PIN" which I initially told them was the sole antagonist preventing me access to my account despite providing all accurate information corrolated to my account and basically told us on speaker that it doesn't matter all the sensitive Information I gave them pertinent precisely to the account, I got one answer wrong so sorry they couldnt helo us is what the angry indian women replied”

“Mike is a truly fabulous person. When I came to the store, I was transferring my phone number to a different phone, however there were complications with the insurance company issuing the phone. He arranged phone calls for me. And when he heard me struggle with the insurance company, he personally took time to talk to them on my behalf. That was not a requirement of his job, that was just a nice thing he did without charging me because he saw how stressed I was. He went above an beyond helping me get my phone working again. I cannot recommend Mike enough.”

I made the mistake of going to the store on 17th and Chestnut first and they didn't help me so I came back here and once again they were helpful. Honestly, this is THE BEST T-Mobile store in the city! Tynesha (sorry if i got the spelling wrong) hands down is the best employee ever! Broke down plans and cost for me, was so patient with letting me transfer everything over and gave me the best deal with the best plan. Going forward I will always pick this location. I love my new phone!”
