They got me an appointment within a few hours. I was treated so nicely my one of the girls, everything always so organized, beautiful dress selection. “Ok, here's the sitch (shout out to call my KP fans) I hate shopping with a passion. It tasks me!!! That being said I had an experience today that was so good that I was breaking my neck to get back to my laptop so I could yelp it.I walked in feeling very much like Captain Caveman and out of place. Seriously, I almost pointed at something and went "Unga Bunga, me want that" Luckily the sales associate Jay took pity on this poor unfortunate soul. She walked me through the shopping process while being helpful, polite, and hilarious. I really can't remember the last time I laughed that much. Praise her, raise her, bask in her glory!!!!Along with Jay, I don't want to forget about Sam. While not my sales associate she was right there helping and going above and beyond. So much so that she was able to advise me on the best place to get a tattoo (booked my trip up to New Hope tomorrow)If these ladies are the example of what Torrid associates are like, I will make it my business to shop there a lot more often in the future.”

“My daughter has been struggling to find a dress she likes. We’ve been to several different stores and tried on countless different dresses. This is the only place she came out of the dressing room smiling. There was a great selection and the atmosphere was relaxing. Natalie let us browse and pick out dresses. Then as she learned what we were looking for, she helped pick out ones to try. She was kind and incredibly helpful and listened to what we needed. We found a stunning dress and my daughter is so excited about it! This will be our first stop next year and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a prom/ special occasion dress.”

Parking can be a challenge directly outside but within a block there is street parking and several public lots. Worth a stop in to shop. This Versona is a bit different than what I’m seeing because it was more clothes than jewelry when I usually see Versonas with more Jewelry. However, this store still carried unique styles that gave lots of POP of COLORS that are great for all body types! The sales associates were extremely helpful! As a POC, I did not in fact experience any racism, however I do know every review and experience is different. There were many women of different cultures in the shop. I hope it continues to flourish”
