My elderly father came in needing bank services. After sitting down he urgently needed a restroom. The teller and banker were adamant that they don’t have public restrooms. My father is not able to walk very well and they were perfectly happy to send him five minutes down the road to wawa. Another banker came out and said no problem and took him back to the bathroom. The two original employees didn’t even care enough to ask or try their best to make an exception given the circumstance. This particular location consistently does the bare minimum when it comes to customer service. The original banker I was then stuck with working with was arrogant and nasty and again did the bare minimum to help us. Just a really unpleasant experience

Don’t use the teller services at this branch, they are lazy and provide horrible customer service. Tried to make a $20 deposit of some petty cash into my business account in the lobby this morning. A teller was on the phone helping another customer for over ten minutes and neither of the other two tellers felt it important to help me (lazy). I took the deposit to the drive thru and when the teller looked at the change, she said it was too much and refused the deposit. I left and filled two rolls of change (took me 5 minutes after I finally got home) - that was all the change that could go into a roll…returned a second time and was refused by yet another teller, she said it was still too much (what the h…). Had to wait for Branch Manager Ray to call me and went back for a third time and could finally complete a $20.01 deposit. I hate to say this, but these tellers should get fired and work far away from any customer contact!

Poor customer service. Drive thru teller refused deposit, lied about branch closings, defended corporate policies and blamed everything on COVID.

The lobby is closed and only 2 drive up windows are open. The line of cars is almost out to the street. If it takes under a half hour to complete this deposit I’ll be lucky. This isn’t a COVID thing; it’s a poor customer service thing.

We used this branch for a remote mortgage closing and they did a really tip top job. All of the documents were lined up on arrival, the guy who coordinated the closing was knowledgeable about the process, and all we had to do basically was sit down and sign away. Having been through more than one of these tedious processes, where unexpected issues can pop up like weeds and destroy your morning, I have to say; it was really good to breeze through it for a change. Good job Wells Fargo!

As far as attractive settings go, this Wells Fargo on Main Street, Yardley, Pa, is about as nice as they come. Several treed acres, with winding drive to the drive thru portico in the back. Pretty, cottage-like structure for tellers and loan officers. This branch is not nearest home, but a convenient stop when going to the Jersey office and avoiding the Scudder Falls Bridge which is often a parking lot weekday mornings between 7:30 - 9:00. Bagel Train is also nearby for when a great bagel and coffee are desired to start the day.
