Poor customer service. Drive thru teller refused deposit, lied about branch closings, defended corporate policies and blamed everything on COVID.

The lobby is closed and only 2 drive up windows are open. The line of cars is almost out to the street. If it takes under a half hour to complete this deposit I’ll be lucky. This isn’t a COVID thing; it’s a poor customer service thing.
