Unreliable hours. You can drive up at a time you are accustomed to, and find they are no longer open at that time. Used to drop off before 5 on Saturday. Now they close at 3. It is important that customers know when you are available. And for a lot of us, weekends are all we have. Set your hours and keep them consistent.
