Never go to this branch! They profile you based on your appearance and ask millions of unnecessary questions. And they justify their actions by “company policies”! If you hire someone who is only capable to work at McDonalds, then you deserve this review!

There once was a DESK in the lobby near the ATM. Apparently it got broken and will not be replaced. WHY???

I have had several problems with this branch of PNC Bank. Today I called customer service with a variety of complaints at this branch. Today I went into the bank to cash a small personal check of mine which is the account I have with PNC. I handed her the signed check and my “Real ID” drivers license. She stated she needed a credit card also. I told her I have never needed that before and I was not going to give her my credit card. The picture on the license looks exactly like me and my signature should be on file for many recent transactions. Then she proceeded to get very nasty with me. I asked for a manager , she stated she was the manager. I asked for my things back and left. This is not the first time I’ve had nasty encounters at this branch. I am seriously thinking of finding another bank.

Don't go here to deposit cash or checks in the ATM. Go to Morrisville. You can attempt to deposit 5 pristine 20s that feel as if they were off the press yesterday with no creases and the ATM will creek as if it's from the 1400s and give you back each bill individually after a 30s loading screen. Going to make the drive to Morrisville considering their staff is more friendly and their ATMs actually work.

When we walked in we had make a appointment on the qr code this is why I closed our account. Went into Santander bank and a person was waiting to help us good policy PNC.

Last time here. This is the only branch I’ve experienced this in:I understand customer service, but why is someone standing at the door holding deposit tickets when there are ten people in line? Why is there a trainee at lunch rush?Some of the “door greeters” really do make the whole bank experience uncomfortable. We know how to use a bank, leave the deposit tickets in the carousel and get the hell behind the counter.I cannot even open the door on my own. Look, the door swings out. If employee is inside holding it open, how awkward to reach across a door and me to sneak by them. I can do it, thanks.Combine all of that with awkward forced pleasantries and it’s not a good experience. These are all not one-off examples. This is my 5th time at this branch and it has happened 100% of the time. Refresh your system, it’s not working.

Useless beyond the ATM. Service is atrocious; uncourteous, offensive, and they never call you back. Had an emergency home repair, it was a complete waste of time going in and waiting for a response. I was able to get what I needed from Spirit Credit union within 10 minutes.

My account was overdrawn last night I went to the atm deposited the money and didn't know I was 9$ off and I wake up this morning with not just one overdraft but 2! Most banks give a couple days this bank getting worse and worse. I go in the branch and they still won't even return one of the fees

Had my debit card number stolen and have tried fir a month to get it addressed. They say they eill turn it off but never go. When I call them back they say it can’t be turned of because of pending charges. I explain the ornfinv charges are fraudulent and wouldn’t be there if they turned it off. I moved the money out and now they charge me an overdraft for every fraudulent charge because they won’t turn card offTried to reach the branch but it would be easier to rob them then to get someone on line

No call back from the rep/manager several times. Awful service.They "sold" me a higher end debit card that require an amount of direct deposit for a free box annual at the branch. I ended up getting a bill in the mail for the amount of the box. Called their main customer service lines and had to wait 30 mins each until someone finally answer and was told it's a local branch promotion and not PNC corporate. Called the branch 3 times to speak to the rep and manager, no one was able to take the call and left a message. No one returned my call. Was considering to open a business bank account with PNC due to proximity to an exit. BUT ...because this bad taste in my mouth on personal bank account, i won't be doing any future business with this bank.
