I am a patient and a physician that sends prescriptions to this pharmacy. Their level of service is absolutely unmatched. As a patient, my experience was as smooth as it could ever be, like the amazon of pharmacies. I knew I had to take this service to my patients and my patients couldn't agree more. As a doctor, all we want is for our patients to get better, have access to the best care and have the ability to afford all the medications that will improve their health. Penn Medical pharmacy offers me an opportunity to provide the best care possible to all of my patients. In a world where my patients pay insurance companies thousands of dollars a year, just to hear that their deductible is also thousands of dollars, Penn makes medicine affordable and accessible again. I couldn't say enough good things about the people here.

I was surprised to learn that not all pharmacies are created equal. I would have thought that a pharmacist's education would have prepared them to mix topical medications, but I was mistaken. This pharmacy refuses to fill any combination topicals, claiming that it is too complicated. I find this to be an unacceptable business model, and I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Someone from the pharmacy called to inform that my prescription had been sent to Apotheco Pharmacy. The person was very, explained the situation and gave clear instructions for receiving the medication. Payment was super simple and the delivery was the very next day.

The pharmacy took the time to check on Rx prices, call my doctor to get different and one covered by my Rx plan. They called back when they said they would. Overall excellent, efficient service.

Good service and fast shipping. However, the prescription facial wash has the label taped to the bottle. It is shipped with no box. I keep the facial wash in the shower and the label starts to flake and peel resulting in my washing my face with label pieces sticking to my hand. I have asked that the label not be put on the bottle.

My sons dermatologist uses this pharmacy fill his medicine. They are efficient and deliver in 1-2 days. Actually glad they use them vs. out regular pharmacy. No complaints here!

Delivery service is always on time or before promised. If there is an issue they always reach out and inform you as to what the situation is and explain it to you. Always accommodating and helpful.
