I honestly thought this was going to be like buying a used car. These folks listened to me, educated me and we put together a ring I know my future misses will love. They worked with me on price to make sure I didn't have to compromise on my purchase.I'd highly recommend Michael's to anyone in the market for your perfect ring.

Kelly Gamble Assisted my needs Concerning Three Rings of mine to be Sized.. She was Professional and made me feel at Ease with her Knowledge about sizing. I will know for sure how my Rings fit when I pick them up in about Two weeks........ UPDATE : One ring was done right, Other ring, Up sizing Way Too Much,, had to downsize ?. The Third ring needed Minor adjustment with beads..I had thought the beads that were removed could have been Reused..Apparently not, so I asked for the beads back (and only got two of them, not four of them). No big deal about the beads though. So now I have all three rings that fit.

Michael's were very courteous and timelyMy 7 watches that needed batteries were ready in 24 hours and set to the right, time, day and date. Excellent attention to detail. I was very satisfied.

Had some jewelry repaired at Michael’s recently. Not only was it extremely well done but another issue was pointed out to me which I had not noticed. I was most grateful to learn this and have them also correct that potential problem.These are good people.
