Nice links style course and welcoming staff. Good clubhouse and practice facility including range, chipping/bunker and dedicated putting green.
Played the front 9 and the course layout was enjoyable. Tees and greens were in good shape but the fairways were satisfactory many areas need work but it didn’t impact play. If fairways were in great shape like the greens and tee boxes then I would give a 5/5. I’d still recommend this course to someone.

Nice muni! Greens, fairway and tees are generally in good shape. Rough is cut short, open layout. Enjoyable course for most handicappers. Excellent practice facilities.

I love the layout of this course but it was not in as good of shape as I was expecting based on prior reviews+price of the round. Some of the tee boxes were overgrown and the fairways were not in the best of shape. However, we have been in a significant drought so I do think some of it is understandable. I definitely would play here again.

The starter absolutely amazing. I have never been so fired up on the first tee. The energy, the passion, the wisdom . . . He has it all. 10/10 experience. Also the course is in fantastic condition and super fun to play. But that starter man, I would drive 7 hours to hear that speech one more time.

Can’t say enough good things about the place. Great course, great rates, great range, awesome to have a putting green and chipping green. Every employee I’ve ever interacted with is super friendly and helpful. Melissa who works the bar makes great drinks and conversation. Very grateful to live close to what I consider the best all around public course in bucks. Only complaint would be the dress code seems to have loosened over the years, but otherwise, A+ in every category.
