“Ok so the owner did not incentivize me to leave this review. I am ashamed to admit I have been coming here since they’ve been open 2015 lol. They have the largest selection and best prices within 100 miles in all directions!!!! No exaggeration. I recently bought a 750ml of don Julio primavera at a different location it costed 150$. The same bottle I just purchased just 5 minutes ago and it was 79.99. I cannot make this up. This should be everyone’s only liquor store to shop at. EMPIRE LIQUOR store ON S BROAD ST IN TRENTON”

Not only do they have craft beer of high quality, the designs on the bottles and cans are pieces of art.I live in California and my Father in law lives in PA. Being that we know the quality of brews, we wanted to specifically buy a 12 pack from here as a gift for Father's Day. The staff was beyond helpful as I had no clue what to select or how to get it delivered.Mike hand picked all of the beer out, boxed them, added two beer glasses, a Fathers Day card, and delivered it for us! I know this was a huge exception. I'm blown away at the service, kindness, great taste in beer and going the extra mile with buying a greeting card. “Full of great art that changes frequently. No van Gogh or Rubens, but lots of very good stuff. It's known for its collection of Pennsylvania impressionists, but has more than that. Any of what you see here can hang at PMA ... and some has, e.g. Daniel Garber's "Tanis" on loan from the Michener. Frequent special exhibits, not Degas or Cassatt, but in certain ways more interesting: immersion in the unfamiliar but challenging. I've learned as much about art here as at PMA. When "Whistler's Mother" was at PMA, there was, in the same space, a work by Philadelphian Dox Thrash. Michener has on (what appears to be permanent) display a Dox Thrash. Go to the Michener to see it. I'm writing this in May 2024. Currently there is a retrospective of sculpture and "flat art" e.g frescos, by George Anthonisen. I had never heard of him. Very personal and intimate and often emotional. Worth a trip. Take a tour with a docent.”

“I love this Greenwood area liquor store; prices are very reasonable, and the owners/staff go above and beyond to help or find what you need or would like. I recently moved to this area a little over a year ago, and not knowing even where to get a good pizza or Chinese food, on a really bad day and my first visit, the kind woman at the register let me vent about (at the moment) life struggles as I was checking out. She has remembered me ever since and always asks how things are. In a new city, little things like that can make someone feel less alone and that someone else out there cares. Even though we may not be on a first name basis, "Come here, woman, look at this," is now very endearing to me. Stop by and make a GOOD friend like I did.”
