Your associate at self check out made me feel very uncomfortable 8/5/2024 2:02 pm white guy with blonde hair.
when I asked him is he gonna watch my every move he told me "thats my job"... big no no .. won't be back to this location whatsoever.
It's OK to ask me if I need help when I respectfully declined your help I did not need you breathing down my neck making sure I scanned everything. I'm not stealing I have the money to buy things. But for you to sit there and tell me that's your job to watch my every move youre crazy. Get rid of self check out at that point. It's bad enough you got a giant camera looking at myself every time I scan something.

This store has great prices and awesome deals and discounts. I never seen this store cluttered even at holiday season very tight ran store.

I don't understand the layout of the store. Things that should be together, arent. There's a big men's section, in quadrants. Pants, including dress pants. Then around the corner, 30 ft away, there's socks, underwear, ties, belts. THEN AROUND THE NEXT CORNER, (can't cut thru because the displays work against you.)

Anyways, then around the next corner, now holding a pair of pants and a belt, hoping I don't gotta pick a different color, ypu get the shirts. Already had to travel a great distance, I realize there's slippers, socks, sandals, Dr sholes inserts, boot weatherproofer...and thats it. In order to get to the shoes, you gotta literally go to the next floor. The problem with the second floor is, you can't pay on the second floor. And the when you don't find shoes, you've just risked your life 2x using the lace-hungry escalator, for no reason. Which is two times more than on my usual commute. I don't know. Oh and I'm sure there's womans clothes too, but I didn't notice. Had to focus on cardio to make it all the way to a full outfit.
But it's the only place I've ever been that gives you suprise discounts. For not signing up for their discount card.

Kohls is the most racist department store you can go in if you're african american. The lost prevention team follows you around the whole time you're in there and don't ask for help from one of the sales associates. They will look at you like you're crazy.

Nice place to shop but you share the dressing room upstairs with children. Makes no sense. Unless you walk back downstairs to use them.

Love this store. Quality of goods at low prices with additional discounts. Also love their toy department for name brand toys at low prices. I tell all my “grandmother” friends. I shop here for all my toy presents for my 3 great grandchildren.

What a great store. I visited the Kohls in Oxford Valley PA today as my puppy ate my toddler grandson's shoe today and I had to replace it immediately. I called to see if they had his small size and the woman Kathy stayed on the phone and went and checked for me. She was so patient. She told me that they had them. Great I headed over with my grandson. Then when I got there Margo helped me find the baby shoes. She was so helpful and kind. She helped me find the best pair. Then I needed a small jacket and Margo and marisa both helped. Marisa went to a couple of sections to find a jacket for the baby. We found one. What a great experience I had. Thank you Kohls!
