I went for alterations on my bridesmaids dress. The alterations were okay but she tried to force me to pay before trying on my dress. I’m not sure what that’s about but she was rude and inconsiderate. If you do not trust your clients, don’t run a business. I’m not paying before I try on the product.Service: Alterations

The woman working wouldn’t hem my skirt because it was “too short”. She also claimed she couldn’t add buttons to two of my shirts after telling me I should wear a shirt under one of them. I ended up just leaving and she didn’t even seem like she cared she lost my business

Alterations were done perfectly and all my dry cleaning was returned in great condition. Owner was particular in making sure I got the right amount of startch and all other details were to my preference. I got a bridesmaid dress altered at this shop and was so happy with the result! Kaylee's shop has a warm glow to it and the moment you walk in the door you know you are in good hands. We came here to have a bridal top/blouse (100% lace sleeves shortened, rouleau button loop reinforced) and a suit (pantleg length shortened, waist taken in, sleeve length shortened, jacket chest/stomach taken in) altered and were very pleased with the results! We thought the pricing was fair, and everything was ready exactly when she told us it would be. We even came back for dry cleaning (someone spilled a drink on the suit at the reception) and repairs (a different suit's pants pocket was torn) and had the same positive experience. Also her little dog is so cute and well-behaved! Definitely coming back for future services!Services: Alterations

Place is clean and organized. I used them for alterations and they were excellent. It's on the expensive side though and you should plan ahead in case they're busy. I gave it a week and that worked out great.
