I had an appointment with Julia. She did a great job with my hair. She took off about 3" giving me a nice bob haircut. I will be back because she took the time to listen to what I wanted and was very patient until the end to make the cut right for me. She gave the cut nice layers to soften the edges so it has a nice bouncy flow and fullness. She was focused, skilled, and very friendly. I will be back again! Also the salon is clean and very relaxing with a nice layout and alot of light coming in the windows to add to the pleasant experience! Thank you Julia! ?
Requested style: A short bob haircut, simple, with a little style to it. Nothing too fancy.

I usually go to the Deon Square location and get great service for my autistic son. His regular stylist wasn't available so I decided to go to the Yardley location which is closer for me. The woman obviously did not want to cut his hair. She barely talked to me and was unpleasant. He has a section of hair not cut at the crown so it looks a bit like Dennis the Menace. He has curly hair and she combed it forward so pieces were sticking up. I told her he combs it back but she didn't listen. She didn't wet it or do anything to make it look nice. His hair actually looked better going in. I was charged for a full hair cut with shampoo (30 minute service). She spent a total of 8 minutes on his hair (yes, I timed it). Speedy service for him is best, however she could have at least taken an extra minute to make sure it was combed neatly. I realize some people are uncomfortable working with special needs adults, but they need hair cuts too! I will stick to Deon Square where they are friendlier and more accommodating.

My entire experience was horrible. Told Diana I wanted to donate my hair and asked to see different donation lengths. I also asked her if she could cut curly hair well, which she replied yes. Needless to say, my hair falls five inches higher than I asked and my haircut is crooked. I asked her to even it out and I still left with it noticeably uneven. If I could give zero stars, I would. She also did not bother to look at what I booked when she checked me in. She even told me that the next time someone with curly hair comes in and wants to donate their hair, that she would not cut their hair dry after seeing what happened to me.

Payton nailed it out of the park with my hair today. My only daughter is getting married next week and I wanted my hair looking it's best. My hair is grey and she gave me a Camo/Cut package. Wow. Absolutely perfect. I also look 20 yrs younger to boot. She's a very talented stylist and such a wonderful, beautiful person, inside and out. It really does look amazing. I would highly recommend giving Payton an opportunity to Wow you like I was. Well done Payton.

Timothy, my stylist made me feel better and the work was AAAWWWEESOME. Attention to detail was IMPRESSIVE... Trimmed it to perfection in no time and I enjoyed my look more than ever. This is by far my best experience with you guys.. Timothy is the best!
