I received a shipment from Express Cargo USA in September of 2020. On the packing slip, two important items were missing. When asked about the two specific items, I was told the only items being delivered today was on the packing slip.After Express Cargo USA left my property, I was emailed directly from Ami Steinfeld, the Owner that my $15k diamond ring and my work cell phone were now in his possession at his private home in his safe and required me paying him to get it back. I have filed reports with the local police and working to get my items back, but would like for other people to know the shady business practices of this company and avoid them at all costs.
