The pharmacy technicians and staff always go out of their way to help me out and are notably very hard-working and dedicated to their patients. I am happy to say that I've never run into a problem with their pharmacy team and have never felt dismissed or unappreciated. Everyone is very friendly and down to earth!!

I went to this CVS location to grab a few items and the self checkout was being weird. I got a notification on the machine that assistance was needed and not even a minute later the cashier, Angelina, was there! I SWEAR SHE IS THE SECOND COMING OF GOD!! If it wasn't for her I would not have gotten my Revlon concealer! I was so thankful for her that I gave her the concealer, a mascara, and even a vitamin water because she was so sweet! I 100% recommend this CVS store because the employees are on top of everything!

Ridiculous. Rx sent for an antibiotic 2 hours ago by my doctor. I show up at 1:25 pm. Not ready yet. They are "days" behind. They close for lunch from 1-30 to 2. But I can come back after lunch. A lunch break at a pharmacy? Days behind? So if you are sick you need to wait "days" to have your prescription filled? Corporate nonsense. I usually shop at my mom and pop pharmacy. Should have known better.

I had the most wonderful experience with a staff member at this CVS by the name of Monica on 8/5/23! ! I could not operate the photo machine connecting with my phone( age me 79) that should explain it! This wonderful girl worked with me probably over a half hour! Smile never left her face! She was so kind and efficient! This young lady is such an asset to your store, you are so lucky! Thank you Monica. I will be back. Cass Loveless

This CVS is closing and a new store will open in the Prickett Preserve. The new location will be busy with more traffic, and will not be convieniant for some. Hopefully Walgreens takes over this location and operates better than CVS.

I had such an unpleasant experience with the pharmacist here that I want to find a new pharmacy to go to. Full disclosure - I had forgotten my vaccine card. I asked the clerk if it was ok to run home or should I reschedule. I was told I could run and get it. I returned 20min later and received an epic level of attitude from the pharmacist. "I'll get to you whenever I can". I thanked her for fitting me in and got more attitude. "I don't always. Normally people who can't follow instructions- I tell them to reschedule". Truly an awful person. I didn't want to stay another moment in this store and waited in my car the 15 minutes to gauge side effects of my shot.

When I attempt to expedite my orders using the call in service so that I can get out of town for work always receives push back from the pharmacist/assistants even when the customer volume is low. I don’t know if it’s due to incompetence or malice, but it often interrupts my daily plans. I call to expedite an order when the pharmacy opens at 8/9 am, and when I go to the physical pharmacy I am told by in assistant (after the assistant talks to the pharmacist in hushed tone) that my prescription will not be ready until at least 11 am. This type of customer service can disrupt a person’s schedule in ways that actively alienate the customer.
