Would like to give a huge shoutout to Mike and his wife at Big Oak Citgo for their exceptional service! We found ourselves with a suspected flat tire on my wife's car, and as our regular mechanic recently retired, we tried Big Oak Citgo. Knowing we needed a quick fix before my business trip, we planned to schedule an appointment for repairs. However, despite being fully booked, Mike took the time to personally inspect the tire right then and there. Lo and behold, he not only located the leak but also fixed it on the spot, free of charge! Can't thank them enough!From now on, Big Oak Citgo has our loyalty for all our repairs, maintenance, and inspections. Feels good to support local businesses like theirs.

Mike did a free, very thorough car seat installation and safety check. I was able to schedule online. He took the time to explain many aspects of car seat safety and show me everything I need to know before our first child arrives, and fitted the car seat for us. He clearly cares about his community and I'll absolutely be recommending him for car seat installation and visiting him anytime I need a mechanic. Thank you for your service to the community, Mike!

Great service. Called to schedule my 1st cars inspection. Greeted by a friendly voice. She set everything thing up. I liked the night drop off. Since it was my first time I was able to ask questions and the attendant answered and guided me through the process. There was a form that needed to be filled, it was an envelope that held the key and paperwork. So much better then dropping keys in a slot, hoping that someone will see it on the ground.The day before I was texted with a reminder about drop off. This was perfect, because I am one to forget things like this.The day of. I was called rather early saying that the car was done. I came over about an hour later and was once again greeted nicely by a young lady who grabbed my key and took my payment.It was great experience and I will be bringing my other car here.Thank you again.

I didn’t pass inspection and the repairs I could not afford. The guy said it was no problem, that I could get the repairs done somewhere else for cheaper and come back with a receipt and they would just slap a new sticker on. First thing, he probably should have gave me any indication there was a time or mile limit. Second thing, I called a couple weeks later to make sure I had an appointment and the women on the phone who has a terrible attitude, said that I couldn’t just show a receipt they had to look at the new parts. Well okay mildly annoying since they didn’t say that before, but whatever. I drive my car for work so I drive a lot, by the time I saved money and got the repairs fixed and came back they said that too many miles had been put on my car and they would have to do another full inspection that I would have to repay for. Well that’s all and good but it would’ve been nice if this had been explained to me from the beginning so I wasn’t railroaded. The woman who runs the front talked down to me and is overall just terrible at customer service. On top of that, everything just piled on to the point where I wont ever go back there. Which is sad because they’ve been nice in the past.

They checked out my car, but because they were short on time and couldn’t yet diagnose the problem, they didn’t charge me for it. All in all that was an hour’s work they could have charged for, but they didn’t. So: they strike me as honest folks.

As you walk in, there's a sign that says support local businesses. I asked if I had time to look at my car today. Any time would've been great. Front desk was kind of rude and said no not today some more of the stories do not support local businesses. Go somewhere where they care about trying to help the citizens of the town.

The negative I can give this place is they are popular, which is shocking for any mechanic. The reason for the popularity is simply you can trust them. In any age, that is something special. I have used them for multiple inspections and oil changes. I also used them for a broken alternator. In all interactions they were fabulous.

I want to give my sincere thanks to the young guys who work at this place. Long story short: I was getting my car ready to transport to another state. When my coworker tried to loosen the screws holding the license plate, he snapped one. I drove the car to this shop. The receptionist brought out a technician to exam my situation. The technician explained that he could not extract the broken screw but would try to drill new holes to hold the license plate. He drilled new holes, put on new bolts and loosened the screws for front license plate. When I asked how much I needed to pay, the receptionist told me “nothing”, they were there to help. They were very polite. I went there at my neighbor’s suggestion, definitely a five star from my own experience.

A family-owned station and way better fuel than Wawa ever buys, because Wawa buys whatever is cheap on the market. SUPPORT LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS and not these terrible Big Box retailers.. I rather pay 20 cents more a gallon or walk than use Wawa.
