The process was handled professionally, it was quick, and Andy helped me to secure a lower rate and to eliminate the PMI on my mortgage. Working with Andy is seamless and effortless. He's a great communicator and does what he says he's going to do. He also doesn't paint a rosy picture and will turn a deal down when he knows it's not a good fit. He also gets the job done often prior to the deadline so closing can be earlier.
