The foot rub felt great! But my nails had to be cut again the very next day. I'll probably go back but I will definitely be more assertive.

First time I went when they just opened , got the manicure only . My manicure is just removing the cuticles and shaping, no nail polish. The lady did awful job. 1st time going here on 12/2/22 & Carly did an amazing job w/my French dip power manicure & French gel pedicure. 2nd visit on 12/30/22, Carly was booked so I had to see someone else instead & Amber was my tech for the same exact service, minus the pedi. By 1/17/23, I noticed spots forming under my nails, both ring fingers. I called the shop, spoke to Bruce to schedule an appt w/Carly to get them taken off so my doctor could examine it, making him aware of the situation over the phone. When I went into the shop 1/26/23, I made Carly aware of the situation away from other clients out of respect for the business. Upon checking out, I spoke to Bruce about being compensated in some way but he did not offer anything. He basically brushed it off saying it was because of water being trapped. I informed him I had an upcoming doctors appointment & he stated “let me know what they say”. As if he couldn’t see for himself what nail fungus looks like. Not only was I stuck paying for the service of taking off the nails that day, which was only $15 but he wasn’t even apologetic. On top of that, I was stuck paying for my doctor bill AND my antibiotic. All Bruce cares about is collecting money, not the wellbeing of the clients. Due to the negligence of his staff member, Amber, I have to take this medication for the next SIX weeks!!! Very unprofessional from a business standpoint & highly disappointed at the lack of concern.Services: Pedicure

I have been coming to Allure for over 5 years. The staff is so kind and helpful (Esther will even help you pick out a color that will compliment your eyes/hair/skin!). In addition to providing long-lasting manicures, gel is my favorite, the staff also gives a short complimentary shoulder massage at the end of each nail service! They always are getting in new, seasonal colors and updating their available services to keep up with the trends. I have tried other salons when I'm traveling but Allure always does the best job (i.e. cuticles/nails cut the nicest, polish lasts the longest, friendliest staff) and that is why I keep coming back. I can't recommend this salon enough!

Before the pandemic I had been going to a salon for years.. when things started to open back up my nail tech never returned :( with that being said, I have been looking for a place that felt like home away from home for awhile now. Just when I thought I would never have a salon or nail tech I loved - I tried here! Amber was so nice and thorough. She cleaned my cuticles perfectly, listened to my concerns and made the magic happen! She took the time to detail and shape each nail making sure it was perfect! The owner checked on amber and I several times making sure we were both okay - she truly cares about her staff and the way a client feels when everything is done. I am so glad I found allure nails! The pedicure was less than 15 minutes long and the girl put lotion on my legs without rubbing the lotion in. The gel manicure was just as bad. There was no soaking the nails first. For both services, I was in and out in maybe 35 minutes and they charged $70. Never going again!Services: Manicures
