Can't recommend Abrams Hebrew Academy highly enough. It's a wonderful institution if you're seeking a rich and rigorous Jewish-Israel oriented education. When we moved to Yardley we weren't even planning to send our kids to a religious school. But when we found out about Abrams and spoke with Rabbi Budow, we instantly got hooked on the concept. We ultimately wound up sending all 3 of our girls there. The teachers are excellent. They are not only dedicated and caring, but they do an amazing job academically. We were very satisfied with the education our kids got. Abrams is a very place that attracts folks from all over the Jewish spectrum. It's truly a melting pot and we loved that. We feel blessed to have had access to a Jewish school of this caliber in Yardley.

We love Abrams. Two of our children graduated from there and now our 3rd, who has attended Abrams since he was two, will graduate from 8th grade this year. Small classes makes the classroom feel like you are learning from home. The staff is amazing! All the students develop a love for Israel, Judaism, and America. Abrams has it all - with the best teachers who share their passion for History, Math, Science, Art, Music, Language Arts and Jewish History! The kids are prepped for High School and take with them friendships developed from infancy. Highly recommend this school. Don't miss out on the best Jewish Day School in Bucks County. My children say so.... and so do I.

We are so happy to be a part Abrams family, because it truly does feel like a family! I have 1 child an alumni, 1 in middle school and 2 just started kindergarten and nursery- I couldn't ask for a better school for my children. Today, when there is such a big variety of Jewish Schools, it is still a big hardship to find a Jewish school that truly provides a great secular education while instilling into our kids the Jewish laws and values. Abrams does exactly that and so much more! Thank you to the entire board, faculty & administrative staff for your continued efforts into making Abrams an amazing school that it is!

It is with great pleasure that I write this review on behalf of Abrams Hebrew Academy. My family recently moved from Florida and with the warm welcome of the staff and students at AHA our transition was smooth and seamless. We have all three children attending from Nursery program to Middles school and it’s like a little village where everyone younger to older greets one another with kindness and enthusiasm. My kids have received a quality education in both secular studies and Judaic studies. The staff utilizes the newest methods and materials available with plenty of opportunities to attend Math competitions, sport programs, day trips to visit the Statue of Liberty... and if there is not a program available, children are encouraged to start one. I feel a lot of Ruach each time that I am there. The staff maintain a dignified professional look and have always been willing to address any questions that I might have. It is quite clear to me that this spirit and leadership starts with the Administration of the school who really consider building the whole child. We are fortunate to have dedicated professionals to lead and guide our children making this a superior school and inserting yidishkeit into the next generation of young Jews living outside of Israel.

My youngest child, our only daughter, attended Abrams from Nursery through 8th grade. It was the best decision we as her parents ever made.It is not only because she received an outstanding education in Math, Science, Language Arts and Social Studies. ( I am a retired teacher and raised 4 sons with her-I know what makes a great curriculum) It is also not only because she had a wonderful Hebrew and Judaic education. It is not only because she learned and developed wonderful values.Abrams was more than just a school. It is a community of families from all ends of Jewish practice. This is a loving, caring community that when any member is in need is there -helping, listening and acting. We were that family on 9/11and everyone in the Abrams community took care of our child and us. We survived and grew stronger because of our Abrams family. My children are grown. All are married. Jenn is now Director of Jewish Life-Hillel-at west Chester University. The friends she made at Abrams are her closest friends today. They are in each other’s wedding parties and meet together often-phoning daily. If you think about education and community, Abrams Hebrew Academy should be your choice.

Excellent school, stimulating academic education combined with deep Jewish instruction. Truly gives you the best of both worlds! Individualized attention to each child. Actually caters to gifted children unlike public education. Warm nurturing environment.

My son started in Kindergarden, and I couldn't be happier with his education in both secular and Judaic studies. Abrams provides a safe environnment for children to grow and learn to their fullest potential. And it's not just the education, thanks for amazing teachers who CARE, they learn morals, tzedakah, and caring for others.

My son went to Perelman Jewish Day school for 1-5th grades. We were so sad when he graduated and had to leave such an amazing school. We tried to get enough funding so he could continue on to Barrack with all of his friends but they don’t help enough with financial aid and basically if you aren’t rich forget it!! Luckily we took a shot with Abrams. They were so helpful, kind, and excited to meet myself and my son. They worked magic to make it affordable for us as I’m a single mother and sole parent. My son has some chronic illnesses and life threatening food allergies. The chronic illnesses were diagnosed toward the end of 5th grade so we weren’t sure how the symptoms would affect him, how sick he’d get or what accommodations he would need. Every single teacher, staff member, office worker and student have been so incredible! They have gone above and beyond to ensure my son is safe, happy, and ok. They have an elevator for him because the steps are too much, extra time between classes to get to his locker and classes, the teachers give my son plenty of time to make up work, extra time to prepare for tests and much more that he truly needs to succeed in school due to his health. They’ve been amazing with my sons many absences as we try to get him more stable, and always make sure no matter how many accommodations he needs that he feels like, and is treated like, a “normal” kid in 6th grade. They are the epitome of true menches!! We couldn’t be happier that Barrack didn’t work out and my son ended up at Abrams. I highly recommend the school to anyone looking for a wonderful Jewish Day School with an incredible secular program/education as well as an amazing Jewish Studies/Hebrew program all while building even more pride in each child to be a Jew and have a love for Israel. My little family has been through so very much but Abrams is making it a little easier to get through. They couldn’t be more supportive!!Five stars all the way!!!!The only negative is that they don’t have a high school. Wish they could add on a HS as we have no options of where to send my son. Our local school district is horrible and other schools are either too religious or too expensive and don’t offer enough help to families that desperately want a Jewish education for their children but have little money.
