I canceled my service due to moving and because they closed out local Comcast they wanted me to drive an hour and a half to return equipment and bc i couldn’t do it right away a week later they charged me $220. Worst company to go with. Can’t even get a live agent on the phone.

Terrible experience. Came into store was asked name and why I was there. Service rep was not courteous at all. Requested to use the restroom while I waited she told me to go to Macys. Waited 45 minutes and noticed other people after me were getting called. I thought I might have been because they were there for different things. Then finally I spoke up after an hour , with no one even wondering who I was after I voice my name after 45 minutes. They said I wasn’t on the list. No apologies at all. Rep says to me I’ll take you after this customer. He finishes with the customer and then leaves to another room and doesn’t come back. I left and will never return. Very poor customer service , especially the girl who didn’t write me name down , plus another girl who disregarded a poor older couple because they spoke poor English. Xfinity will not be getting my money. Your staff is trash

Absolutely horrible service. I have been without internet for 2 weeks because of a power outage. I have tried to solve the situation twice over the phone through their horribly maintained robot assistant that is a pure of excuse of AI when it essentially functions like a binary search tree. Both times I was told they had made a ticket for me, but it turns out they never did.
After not showing up to fix the broken cable on the dates I was told they were coming I went to this location in person. The worker there gave me another date and told me that he’d made a ticket.
More time goes by and I go again, and I am told by another worker that no ticket was ever made and I was offered a place on the waitlist. I had to talk to the manager and only then I was promised that somebody will come in tomorrow. I have had to do a one hour commute to work for multiple days as a result of this. Stay away from xfinity.

They slowly raise the bill and take away streaming services. Customer service will give you the run around. I was with them for 6 years time to see what's out there. Not transparent with their packages!!!!

I'm a gold member with Xfinity. A customer for many years. I have a question that chat bot can't answer. I need a live person! I've been trying for 2 hours. I'm SO Disgusted with the customer service that I'm ready to leave the company! I have TWO houses with TWO accounts.

We were served by David Lopez, who was pleasant, patient, and professional! He solved our immediate equipment replacement needs and then educated us about Xfinity Rewards. We received a new Apple Watch! Free! We talked about so many services that Xfinity offers, like security cameras as well. Thank you, David! Thank you, Xfinity, for hiring such proficient professionals!

The only complaint that I have is that it took 3 phone calls to FINALLY get connected to a live agent . Once I did , Sugar was wonderful . Very helpful. And the service technician Eric was great ! Very polite. Had the problem fixed within 20 min . Thank you Sugar & Eric !!!
