Thank you to Kiera for helping me with a tech issue on my Google Pixel today! I am so happy with my experience. I will be back when I am ready to upgrade.

If I could do zero stars. I visited Verizon on three different occasions and left without being helped. They clearly do not care about customer service.

This used to be the place to go. Time to rethink this. Lack of employees means someone has to run to every customer coming in and sign them in. Plus long waits. 40 minutes until served.
