I had a pending order at curbside, the employees were looking at me through the window, they never came out, I had to go inside, they didn't even ask me what I needed, they already had my order ready, I wait a long time and they were talking when they noticed perfectly that I was there, there were no more customers, they were just standing with their backs to me

I went to the Ulta Beauty salon in wyomissing, I was very nervous and my hair was thin and flat! I walked out of there with my dream hair! ASHLIE IS AMAZING!!! She talked me through my hair cut and gave me exactly what I wanted but more importantly what my hair needed! She was sweet and kind! Conversation was amazing! She will be my hair stylist from now on! Thank you Ashlie! ( I tired to call as well and give her all the praises but the store was busy!)

They didn't have much for men's cologne there, and what little they did it was extremely expensive.

The staff here is always friendly. I had stopped in right before closing and was still greeted pleasantly (which is unusual for most places when it's closing time). I was having issues with my birthday reward at check out, and the cashier was very patient and took care of the issue.

I could not be happier about my experience with Cyania. She walked up to greet me with a big smile and a cheer “Hello beautiful! How are you?” which instantly made my day. I explained my concerns and showed her photos of what I wanted, shared my concerns, and she got to work. Cyania worked much more quickly and efficiently than any stylist I have ever previously had at Ulta, which was a breath of fresh air. I really appreciated that while she was conversational, she was very balanced and professional and took her time to focus on her work as well. She frequently checked on my foils to ensure everything was even and how I wanted it - I never once felt rushed. She also politely offered drinks during my service. Not only did she successfully color correct the previous stylist’s work, she was able to provide exactly the results I was looking for while also giving me an amazing salon experience. Cyania, to my surprise, is only at the beginning of her career, but she demonstrated clear mastery of color treatments and a passion for making her clients happy. Not only do I plan to rebook for all future hair services, I have already told friends and family how happy I was with my most recent experience. I finally found my stylist match at my local Ulta. Thank you Cyania!

I like the Ulta store and staff, but DO NOT apply for their beauty rewards credit card, the rates and fees are ridiculous, I ended up paying a 30.00 late fee, (by one day) on a 30.00 purchase, & my bill was not credited for one of my returns. Never again. My 30.00 item cost me 60.00, I’ll pay cash, thank you.

Overall, it is a very clean and well organized store. The only problem I had was the sheer number of associates that kept asking me if I was finding everything okay. I understand it's their job, but I just wanted to browse in peace.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the entire staff at Broadcasting Square...I wouldn't consider my self part of the normal Ulta demographic, however each and every time I have gone to this store and needed help there was always someone there to answer my questions, and help me find what I needed, I have never been rushed or treated in any way other than courtesly. This spot is legit perfect! I really spent 2 hours just browsing around and trying different products this past weekend. It was truly the stress relief that was needed after the holidays, for sure! I even forgot my Ultamate Credit Card and was about to pay with another form of payment until the cashier offered to look it up for me!!! She totally went above and beyond without me even having to ask, which is the best part! It's the little things that make the biggest difference. I spent a gift card that I was given as a gift for Christmas while there and every product is excellent! I'm beyond impressed with Ulta of Wyo...Broadcasting Square!!!!
