I went in to return a brand new suitcase that was never used and literally had all the tags and stickers on it on Tuesday July 16th, and the old lady who was doing the return up at the counter was extremely rude to the point where it was racially motivated. She first asked me aggressively if the suitcase was used and why I was returning it, I guess she assumed that a person like me would just walk right in to return a suitcase that’s been through hell and back without any shame, to which I responded with no (obviously). As soon as I walked over, I placed a bottle of soda on the counter and showed her the suitcase. Later on during the transaction she got all angry and had an attitude with me because she already put the return through but realized I was buying a drink… it is not that serious at all, the drink was there from the beginning and it is completely her fault for not noticing it! She did not want to put in more effort than required and was extremely rude and lazy. -1000/10 you are one ugly and racist lady!

Extra nice store. Spread out and not as crowded. You had room to look. The selection of everything was more than I have seen at other t j maxx stores.

I like the clothing options but the young females at the registers aren't always that customer service based. Young lady today was great. I'll rate and post her name next visit if she's there.

Who doesn’t love TJ Maxx! I always find many more things than what I’m actually going for! They have some great deals and if you sign up for their credit card, you can earn points on all your purchases, which is really nice, especially around the holidays because they were specials that you receive sometimes up to 10 times the points you would normally receive. Everyone I’ve encountered at this store has been super friendly And helpful. I love this place!
