From the moment we began banking with Santander, I have always enjoyed visiting this branch. The tellers always have welcoming smiles and are extremely efficient. I have also have great experiences with the branch managers when I have had additional questions about my account.

I give this organization a rating of zero stars! They are terrible! When you need any assistance, you are not able to reach anybody and they never return any phone calls! Terrible and awful organization and a prime example of what unprofessional looks like! Their company slogan "Simple", "Personal", and "Fair" is nothing but a laughing stock!

My experience with this specific branch has been good through the drive in window. Until I decided to go inside and withdraw my money. The manager had to “verify†my funds were in fact “my funds†and asked why I did not have a checking account?! Very unprofessional, I felt like I was not treated equally. I've never had this issue before EVER. Will not be doing business with them any longer .

The tellers and friendly and professional but they need to change managers or atleast EXPLAIN to people in detail why there's a need to verify money that's already in their account !!

One teller at drive through and sat for 20 min. I just got to window to be told " I'll be with you in a minute" I saw the teller go take care of another inside client. I thought drive through was supposed to be fast
