The Pharmacy is horrendous. The staff are rude and make you feel like you are a pure nuisance when picking up a Rx.My wife and son have had the same experience and we won’t be going back. For a company that is closing stores right and left maybe they should do a better job w respecting the consumer and actually provide customer service.

I've been calling for 2 days they don't answer the phone. The last time I went there to pick up a medication that was ready, it took about 25 minutes and there was only one person in front of me. Please, save yourself the time and frustration, go anywhere else.

Why is it so hard to get someone to answer the phone? When you go in they take forever, when you're at the drive up, they take forever. Why is nothing being done! There are plenty of the same complaints. Let's get it together rite aid!

Well I was trying to forget the whole situation, because the cashier really made me upset and instead of being the bigger person and walking away I gave her a piece of my mind. So this morning like around 9:30 10 am today I went to this rite aid, I have been here before never had a problem but today this cashier was super rude. She completely ignored that I was standing there waiting to pay for my things, she calls another customer to ring her up so I asked her does she not see me standing waiting to pay. With an attitude she says your on your phone so I didn’t know what you was doing. So I said fine I stood behind the person she called over to ring up.As I’m waiting I hear her telling the customer talking about how am I suppose to know if she’s on her phone just making the situation bigger than what it needed to be. So I asked why was she still talking about it but at this point I was irritated and I definitely had an attitude.She says to the manager on the clock that was on the register next to her I think I’m going to get fired today. Like wait what the hell is that suppose to mean like to me that means she’s going to do something she’s not suppose to do and she’s going to get fired correct me if I’m wrong but is that not a threat. I felt discriminated she was rude and I didn’t appreciate it.

Unfortunately this pharmacy needs a lot of improvement. The constant waiting on medications is very frustrating, it has become a habit to have to wait 2 to 3 days because they don’t have the medications in stock. They never answer the phone. It seems very disorganized. I have to find me another pharmacy.

Everyone at this rite aid from the pharmacy techs, cashiers to the manager are always so friendly and helpful. I am been using this pharmacy for many years. Gina from the pharmacy is always so friendly and helpful no matter how busy she is. The store is always clean and well stocked. I always have a good experience when visiting this store.

Horrible service. Forget getting anyone on the phone. Refilled a script by phone today,left my # per instructions. Was told on arrival to return tomorrow.Why bother leaving a number then?Place is a joke.Do not recommend.

I've been using this pharmacy for years. I've never had any issues until the past year or so. No one answers the phone and you're greeted in the drive-thru with a scowl and "what's the date of birth". No customer service and no care or concern for the customers. I am transferring all future prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I'd say I had the worst experience yet with this Pharmacy. Their customer service doesn't just need help it is nonexistent. They were rude by interrupting me and sighing when I had questions. I asked if they would check to see if another location had the meds I need and they refused. I get if they were busy but their tone of voice said it all. Honestly, I've had other pharmacies go out of their way to help but not this location. I will try to avoid this Rite Aid as much as possible.

Pharmacy doesn't understand how to deal with a line.3 customers can take 45 minutes.The store part of this location is fine, if not better than other stores.But the Pharmacy could easily be one of the worst in the nation. I'd put money on it.Please don't respond to this with some generic PR response.Actually hire more people to work in the pharmacy or retrain the current staff.Fix the location or shut it down. I wouldn't mind this becoming a Walgreens.

Dr told me they faxed a medications over. Tried calling to make sure they got it. They never ever never ever answer the phone. Sometime they pick it up and hang up on you. Very bad professionalism.
