The worst service I ever received! I booked an appointment online and when I entered I told him very clearly that I am here for my waxing appointment and the person in front said its a nail salon!! The customer sitting was laughing. I speak very clear english and do not have an accent that he wasnt able to understand me. I pointed towards his waxing poster and then he understood the word waxing. The person who did the service was too slow and they charged extra when I asked to clear the hair she was leaving behind. I am not going to recommend this salon to anyone.
Reply- This is really a bad customer service because if you werent able to understand me you should have gotten up from your seat and should have a courtesy to come closer and attend me instead of making fun of me. You saw my hijab and thought I am an idiot to come for vaccine in a nail salon! Furthermore if your pricing for full arm wax is 40 dollars then its 40 dollars regardless of the amount of hair on my arms. I have been to numerous salons for waxing and never gotten this lame excuse. You could have said that you covered a bigger area than what is in description for full arms rather insulting me again saying that I have more hair.

The products that are used here are of very poor quality .
Some of their nail tech’s are not trained well!
They’re rude and not very professional or friendly!
They talk to each other in their language and talk about clients that are right in front of them.
I don’t recommend this nail salon.

Prices were high compared to other nail places I have been. Staff was kind of rude, and nails were filed uneven. I had asked for a receipt multiple times and was not given one.

Okay service, nails lasted maybe 2 weeks with growth, cut my cuticle and now they are popping off out of no where.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. The staff is friendly and they work fast. They are very efficient. The place is always nice and clean.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this nail salon time and time again. This visit has toped it for me! Not only were my nails shaped inconsistently, but the paint job looked like a preschooler's art project gone wrong. It's like each nail had its own agenda, with lengths ranging from short stubs to runway-ready claws. And let's talk about the technician's rough handling – he practically butchered my cuticles without a care in the world, leaving a them with skin all over, a mess that he couldn't be bothered to clean up. When I asked he said you have to pay for a manicure then! To top it off, he had the audacity to cut open my cuticles with the drill and then pretend like it was no big deal. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this disaster zone of a salon.

My favorite nail shop to go around Reading area. Clean work stations. A lot of color options. Nice clean nail work and designs. I just wish they would stop rushing my pedicures. I come to be pampered not rushed around??♀️

Went yesterday and the service was AMAZING! I wish i asked for they guy’s name to give him credit. He did a great job with my manicure and pedicure! Took his time and did everything perfectly. This was the first time i ever go to a nail salon and leave with no burns or cuts from the drill. He did an amazing job overall and took great care of me was very gentle and professional. This is the first time i find no issues with my french nails! Perfectly done! Service was 20/10!?Love my nails. Definitely the best spot in the Reading area. All the workers are nice and attentive.

This place is trash they dont know how to do nails acrylic all over my skin partial of my nails are not filled in with acrylic. Just a horrible experience.
