Went in for a simple wifi issue on my lap top and couldn't figure out the problem for the life of me. It took PC Ninja less than 5 minutes to fix it and even explain to me how to fix it. Great service and great people.

Charged me 55 dollars just not properly diagnosed my computer. They said they’re not sure what’s wrong but were willing to charge me for parts to fix it when they’re not 100% sure what’s even wrong with my pc. Waste of my time and money!!!

I dropped my laptop off due to an issue with it not powering on/indicating that it was charging. They were able to look at it very quickly and get it back to me sooner than quoted. Second time I've used their services and have been happy with them both times.

I called this company out of the blue because I’m locked out of my Outlook account. They talked to me on the phone, gave me some advice, were very kind, even tried a few things themselves by phone. It turns out to be a Microsoft issue with my account. All this said the really wonderful thing was their kindness, their patience, and the fact that they did not charge me one penny for the time they took with me on the telephone. That is something that doesn’t happen anymore. Thank you very much. I will definitely come to you in the future if I have any (and probably will) issues with my pc or ipad mini…….If microsoft ever lets me back in. Anne Padinske
