I had five curtain panels washed and pressed here. It was a very long wait for them to be done. They arrived on one hanger. When I got home they were so wrinlked that I had to iron them again!!!!Will not be using this business again.

I had $10.00 credit because twice they were late with getting my clothes done. Today will be the last day I ever do business with them. They could not get any of the stains out of my jacket and I still had to pay $13 and this was after the $10 credit.

I won't be going back to this place. Picked up suit and took home and was picking off hair. Called them and they offered to re-clean but never apologized or had anything to say why.

New to area and needed to have comforter/duvet type of bedspread cleaned. Took in Aug. 2 and asked to pay in advance. Told it would be ready by Aug. 18. It was ready by Aug.8. Went to pick up and told that it was $21.29 which I had already paid but not indicated on their ticket. I paid in order to retrieve. Got home and found original receipt to go back to store to have charge on Aug. 10 reversed. Opened bag and comforter was beyond wrinkled. It took me over an hour to somewhat remove wrinkles with a home grade iron/ironing board. I've had the same cleaners in Downingtown for 18 years prior to moving to this area and would have never received an item in such a wrinkled condition.

24 hour dropoff wasn't 24 hours. There was a lock on the drop off bin. No instructions or information on their phone or website
