Yesterday Martin’s finished installing new luxury plank flooring in my upstairs and I could not be happier. The entire experience was wonderful from day one. Michele, the sales consultant, explained everything, answered all my questions, and was very patient. Plus she followed through on things - if she said she would call me, she did!The installation was a big job and Greg, Kevin, and Xavier did great! They moved furniture and cleaned up at the end of each day. Finally, Tony’s guys were super with the installation of the flooring on my steps - very neat and meticulous. They even cleaned the window on the front door when they were finished!The best part is I absolutely love the flooring and steps. What a difference! I would highly recommend Martin’s Flooring in Wyomissing. You can’t go wrong.

My wife and I worked with Michele Beamer and her team to pick out new carpeting for our guest bedroom. Michele talked with my wife about what her vision was for the room, what our budget was, and what kind of timeframe we were looking to have the project complete. We were looking to have the carpeting done rather quickly but that wasn't an issue. My wife met with Michele on a Friday, her team was out on the following Monday to take measurements, and our carpet was installed within two weeks of our initial meeting. Just in time for some out-of-town relatives to come stay with us for a weekend. Could not recommend the team at Martins Flooring Wyomissing enough! We will most certainly be going back to them for all of our flooring moving forward.

Purchasing carpet for our entire upstairs went very smoothly. Working with our salesperson, Michele B., was like working with a friend. She made sure we were happy with the look and cost of our selections. Scheduling was easy and in a reasonable time frame. Our installer, Ron, was friendly and professional and did a great job. We will definitely use Martin’s in the future.

Michelle really listened to our wants and needs. . She was able to guide us through a whole house ( ten rooms) flooring project. We love the choices she presented us with, valued her opinions, and love the end result.The installation was seamless. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I felt very comfortable with the staff of Martins Flooring. Steve Soltis was extremely helpful, listening to my priorities and helping me decide on style and color of carpet and padding.Once Neil & Jameson showed up to install my whole-house carpeting, I knew I was in good hands. They were both so considerate and skilled, moving many heavy pieces of furniture, some of which were antiques. On top of that, Neil has a delightful & understated sense of humor which I so appreciated.I'm so grateful a dear friend recommended Martins to me.

Martins was a great experience from beginning to end. At the showroom, Tamera (our consultant) provided a pressure-free environment to view and make an informed decision. The installers went above and beyond expectations in both quality of installation and service. At the end, Tamera worked out some kinks in the invoicing which led to the invoice fully matching the estimate, which is very important for a house-wide recarpeting!

We decided to upgrade our floors this year, and after hearing horror stories from Lowe's / Home Depot jobs, we checked out Martin's.I had emailed thru their website and the next day I was already talking to someone to set up an appointment to have measurements and such done. Had everything measured, then went to look at samples. We went about this backwards, but we wanted to know the price range we were in from samples we could see, vs falling in love with something out of our price range. We had wanted hardwood, but after talking to the consultant, and answering some questions, she advised against the (more expensive) hardwood, and steered us towards Luxury Vinyl plank flooring.We went back to the store 3 times taking different samples home with us each time, but wound up with one of the ones from the original group we brought home. Set up our install appointment, was quoted M-W,and they were not only done on Tuesday, they left early Monday! Very little actual life disruption other than having to deal with all the dust and then walking on plywood for a day.Would recommend Martin's to anyone in need of new flooring in the area!

We have been wanting new floors for many years. Now that our puppies are potty trained we finally went for it. Everyone at Martin's was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. From the initial visit to take measurements to leavening after install, I felt taken care of the entire way. Michelle at the store was amazing. I was in there multiple times, for a few hours each, looking at the flooring. She not only helped recommend the flooring type but also offered to come look at the samples in our house if I wanted. We finally chose a floor and when they called to schedule I had to push it out a few weeks. That was no problem for them. On install day the guys were professional, efficient and clean. We were told it would take 2 to 3 days and they were done in two so I was happy for that. They made things super easy for us and communicated along the way. We will be using them when we get our second floor done.
