Called ahead of time for an identogo fingerprinting. Specifically told the person on the phone that my drivers license is expired. Told me that as long as I renewed it online and had the renewal paperwork with me I would be fine. Made an appointment waited 30 mins past my appointment time in a disorganized line only to be told my paperwork with my license wouldn't be accepted despite being told it would the day prior. Maybe teach your employees to not answer questions they don't know the answer to.

Extremely unprofessional besides the blonde lady there the first day I went , the other 2 black hair ladies did nothing to solve an issue , with my shipment , used inappropriate tone and on top of that did not gave me a refund they charge me $270 dollars for a box they never sent and then told me to solve the issue my self with dhl they ha 0 interest in helping me extremely disappointed at this location I would never do business there good luck if you ever have a problem there they would not solve it

It’s hard to think you can go into a shipping store and be blown away by their customer service. But every time I walk in here, everyone is always ON. The owner does a great job at training their team, well done and I will always be a loyal customer!
