DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!I am 53yr old and may have done a hand full of reviews usually positive but this business warrants someone speaking up against so here it goes.My husband and I bought 19 boxes of tile and none of them were usable, well maybe 2 or 3 out of a box. They were either broken or coming apart. They have a NO return policy which we saw and understood. Thinking if I didn't like the color or if they were to big or something I could tell when we bought them. But the box we saw open out on the floor were perfectly fine. You wouldn't think to or allowed to sit and open every box of tile before taking them out of the store. This type of business practice should be banned. More like a bait and switch deal in my mind. All 19 boxes were returned the same day and they refuse to give us a refund. We went to Lowes and bought a similar tile to get the job done. So it wasn't the color or the style that was the problem. They shouldn't be allowed to sell unusable products charge all but full retail price and the customer can't even use it. This is just wrong in so many ways. We buy from Heeby's all the time(same return policy) but never had this happen.DO NOT BUY unless you can see every piece of what you are getting.

We love our new kitchen!! Cabinets, appliances, trim and more. Suzanne and John worked tirelessly until it was in our hands to finish the rest. We saved on price and there was no hassle. Coming back to do our bathrooms, thank you Jack's - DIY

Teerrible!If i could give less than one star I would.I gave them three chances…and that was generous. Now I will never go back again. And I hope this review convinces you not to waste your time even once.First time…I went in for tile backsplash. First of all, they didn’t even know where the tile backsplash was.When they finally found it, they didn’t know how much it cost.Okay, so we all have a bad day.Second time….they had some tile backsplash I wanted to purchase. Again, they didn’t know the price.They took my phone number and said they’d call with the price.That never happenedOkay, so maybe it was another bad day.Third time…..Once again they didn’t know how much the same tile backsplash cost.This time they guessed at a price, which was ridiculously high. Then they said they actually weren’t sure.They, once again, took my number and promised to call with the price.That never happened.This place is absolutely absurd.I’ve dealt with plenty of home surplus stores and have never seen anything like this.My hope is you do not go to this store.Go to Empire, or Heebys or Home Outlet in Harrisburg….anywhere but here.

Ordered my kitchen cabinets here, good quality at a reasonable price. Other stores had cheaper quality cabinets at the same cost that I paid for at Jack's. Purchased my floor here to. The staff was very helpful and kind. John was a pleasure to work with when designing my kitchen. Not all cabinets were in stock that I wanted, I wanted special order cabinets so some of my pieces took a little longer to get here. Would highly recommend Jack's for your DIY projects, they have good selection of products.

They’re racist , went in for an invited and was basically racially profiling me and stating things that weren’t true at all and accusations based solely on my appearance and being that they’re all white there and every person who interviewed there was also white it was apparent that they said these things about me solely on me appearance. I’m not mad about getting the job that’s not the reason for the review , the reason is I would at least expect to be treated like every white male that had walked in there.

Terrible store. No return policy. Horrible customer service. Do not buy anything from them. We bought 77 boxes of hardwood and try to return 3 which we didn't use and the store refused. Simply horrible service.
