The staff!They are incredibly polite, efficient and make you feel heard!I had a scary situation arise and was immediately connected with an outstanding Nurse that went above and beyond for me.Who Ami kidding!Everyone at this office is outstanding!I had an appointment that was running behind just a few minutes.A Nurse came out to the waiting room to apologize and give me an update.Honestly, I have zero complaints.Wonderful, welcoming healthcare providers!

You can NEVER get an appointment when someone calls and says they r suffering with depression and anxiety and they blow you off or schedule you then call you right back with some b.s. reason as to why. One day someone will hurt themselfs and it will be because this doctors off is horrible

I needed to drop something off at the lab. My doctor's office said I could do a test at home and then drop it off. This lab was on the way to my work, so I stopped by with 15 minutes to spare, but they wanted me to wait 40 minutes to drop something off. On top of the absurd wait time, the woman at the desk was extremely rude to me when I asked her a question. No one wants to visit a lab - we are there to test for an illness, already on edge from having to go in the first place, worrying about the results that will inevitably come. A little kindness and better communication would go a long way. And now the sample I needed to drop by will be spoiled from sitting in my car all day while I'm at work, so I have to do the test again anyway, adding to an already stressful situation.
