Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I went thru the drive thru to get cash out (70$ for a yard sale) . Two other cars on the next lane that came after me were taken care of before I even got served! After waiting 15 damn mins! Just don’t bank here!!!!

I have had a few complicated transactions involving my accounts and Inez took care of them easily, when no one else seemed to understand the problems. She is a great asset to the Wyomissing branch!
