I called and cancelled my policy 9/22 and just realized they are still taking money of of my account. They also cancelled my homeowners a month after I got my policy because of my roof. Only gave me a month to resolve, which with contractors was not feasible. I do not recommend!!

HORRIBLE customer service! I felt very lost in the whole process from the adjuster with a nasty attitude towards me to the nonexistent customer service. They will do thee bare minimum of a job. I asked for clarity and help but they did not reach back out after multiple attempts. They shorted me on a rental that was apart of our signed contract.I will be canceling my policy with them- I do not recommend this company. They will leave you out to dry.These are not the people you want to help you coordinate logistics with if you had a serious car accident.

An insurance company with this type of low rating and unhappy customers is highly suspicious of running fraudulent activities. I am forced to have a policy with these crooks.

A worse company!!! Their insurance adjustor did not response in a timely manner. When you tried to contact them, you will always hear to leave a message and that is it! You won't expect them to call you back. Most of the time, they will also be out of office, which put you in a completely disconnected communication!I have tried to contact them more than one week ago, with numerous email send and voice mail left, but still did not get back ANY response. I mean, NO response at all. I tried to contact adjustor's supervisor, and was told out of office for another week.

Couldn't get a hold of anybody when i needed to change my policy. Had to switch companies to be able to purchase a vehicle.

I was a little nervous to switch as I never heard of them before. But I took a chance. About a year later I bought a brand new vehicle and a deer smoked the side of my car after having it 3 days. A week later my husband totaled his truck on his way to work (again a deer). They were easy to get in touch with, kept us informed, and covered everything they were supposed to. I am very happy with this insurance agency.

Found Encompas to be irresponsible. It was necessary for me to modify my policy for my co-op and the individual that originally wrote my policy had retired. I had contacted her she did not indicate she had retired and the changes I requested and needed were not properly done. Attempting to resolve this issue was frustrating and caused me to go with another insurance company. I would not recommend Encompass. On 02/22/2021 I again received a USP Elite policy collection notice from Encompass for a payment that was confirmed as being received by Encompass by my bank. The payment was only for $29.00 which was an error made by Encompass. It was easier to pay $29.00 than resolve this with Encompass. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ENCOMPASS, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
