I'm really surprised by some of these negative reviews, I have always had amazing experiences at Citizens and in particular this branch. Never any issues, and everyone is always extremely nice and accommodating. Also physically the branch is extremely nice. No issues at all and recommend this Branch to those in the Wyomissing area!

Thank u to Michael Byrne for catching a fraudulent check written on my account. He called me and I confirmed that the check was fraud.Michael and his team did an excellent job. Glad I bank at Citizens who have excellent associates.

I don’t know what it is about this branch but there just seems to be something wrong with the drive thru ATM, it’s down a lot and I don’t know what from, either lack of cash or technical issues. The ATM just seems like it isn’t working at least once a week, I think they should invest in a second machine just in case one of them isn’t working.

Today, I closed my account after many years with Citizens Bank. Having encountered the rudest teller, Ashley (who was covering at the Wyomissing branch but works out of the Center Ave location). She acted very aggressively after being how to fix an issue affecting my bank card. What’s worse is seeing the branch Manager on duty, Tracey W. displaying the same level of behavior. Both adamantly refusing to appropriately address a valid customer issue, while seemingly enjoying adding to any frustration the customer may have.Their unwarranted level of unprofessionalism is unparalleled to anything witnessed before. One thing I don’t have to do, is continue to endure seriously poor service, when it comes to my hard earned money. Long lines, awful customer support, you would think they are giving you their money. I definitely would never recommend anyone to go there. Thankfully, I have other accounts, so making that decision wasn’t hard at all.I leave that Ashley girl up to time and karma, because I know Citizens only invest in the best employees. She isn’t it for sure.

I open my account on 12 years ago and I never had a bad experience until today. The Wyomissing beach is the only one that is always making mistakes. I’ve been there twice and both times I had to return and tell them to fix what they did. I want to cash a check and deposit it to my account well they just deposited the check. When I go in to tell them what’s going on, they make it seem like it was my mistake and give me attitude.

This Citizen Bank on Commerce Drive, Wyomissing is the worst location to bank at. This citizens bank is the worst one by far in the area under staff slow the lanky arm man is rude , the lady over worked with an attitude 40 min in line just to get to them for them to be rude.

They have always been friendly, courteous, patient, and efficient as well as seemingly committed to taking care of intricate needs. I don't like banking online, so I appreciate the personal attention I get.

The wyomissing branch is terrible. The worst service I ever received since I've been banking with citizens. I went there on 2/20/21 I almost closed my account due to the service I received but I remembered the other branches have outstanding customer services. The teller wasn't so bad but the banker OMG terrible giving me a hard time to get my own money out I'm very surprised she didn't ask for my finger prints . My issues is I've been to branch in the past withdrawn large amount before the teller I dealt before was very nice , courteous & the transaction was smooth.

Had an issue with what I believed to be some unfair and excessive fees on my checking account. Spoke with a teller at first and as soon as Mat, the branch manager, was free he stepped in to help as well. Both were very courteous and honest with me and asked for a few days to see what they could do. Mat and I were able to find a middle ground between his corporate requirements and my personal requests. I was very satisfied when I walked out of their doors and look forward to continue banking with Citizens.
