I'm really surprised by some of these negative reviews, I have always had amazing experiences at Citizens and in particular this branch. Never any issues, and everyone is always extremely nice and accommodating. Also physically the branch is extremely nice. Thank u to Michael Byrne for catching a fraudulent check written on my account. He called me and I confirmed that the check was fraud.Michael and his team did an excellent job. Glad I bank at Citizens who have excellent associates.
