I've been coming here since 2010 and this is truly one of my favorite places to shop. Service is also always outstanding and personally I think the prices excellent as well.”

“This bookstore is part of Penn State Berks Campus, so it is what one would expect to find at a university. The staff are pleasant, and in addition to textbooks there is a nice selection of PSU gear. Fun place to visit!”

“Nice staff, nice selection of comic books, and they offer the local subscription service. I've bought comics from this business since 1984 when they were located on 5th and Spring in the city. 1up Collectibles, formerly in West Reading, was nicer, but Golden Eagle is still here, and the other place isn't. I recommend Golden Eagle for your comic collecting needs.They host card games (which isn't an interest of mine), so if you're interested, they have that too.”

“Great experience with ordering a text book from this business! We decided to add a co-op homeschool class last minute and was scrambling to find a book. Retail price was $75 on top of the price for the class, so I had hoped to find a used book, but was unable to. Found their website online when doing a google search and they had the best price for a new book. While I was trying to order online, the price jumped up $20. However, when I called, they agreed to honor the sale price if I wanted to order over the phone. I received a confirmation and shipping/tracking notification very soon after. Shipped fast! I ordered on Thursday afternoon and it arrived on Monday afternoon. Very good experience and will order again. My daughter is excited to take History with this textbook and she is relieved it arrived in time for her to have a book for the class. Would definitely order from again both for the price, fast shipping and ease of ordering. A+!”
