Good experience at this best buy. Many workers to help you out and give you advice. When I went laptop shopping I was never pressured to buy anything and was given tons of great information and options.

Prices are good and selection is decent. Ttying to get someone to help you is terrible. 1 star is too high or a rating based on the amount of employees walking around and not helping people. Asked 1 employee and then waited for 15 minutes and no one came over to help

I called Best buy on Thursday evening and ask them who did car stereo installations in my area, they told me collegeville has displays you can look at. I drove down to collegeville from Pottstown only to find that they had absolutely no stereos on display and they did not have anybody there to install, they told me that the closest place was wyomissing so I made the 30 min drive to wyomissing. None of the kids who work there know anything about car stereos. They could not schedule me for an install until July 5th. The biggest problem is you cannot call the collegeville store and talk to them, you get a call center somewhere in the Philippines. And as much as admitted that. Very disappointed

Manny was OUTSTANDING. We had tried to go to MetroPCS and the customer service was AWFUL at both the Berkshire Mall location and the Rockford location. As a last resort we stopped at Best Buy and I’m so thankful we did! Manny explained how the process worked for buying and switching unlocked phones and treated us with respect and kindness throughout the whole process. Thank you!!!

Purchased a computer there years ago. I paid for extended warranty and "in home" geek squad service. Hard drive went bad, called, they first acted like they never sold me the computer and the head of the Geek Squad department was "extremely" rude. He then said I had to bring it in for any service. What could I do but take it there? I showed my contract and they apologized for denied in home service. I did not accept the apology because by that time I was too P O from the hassle they put me through. They replaced the drive but "never" offered to deliver the computer even after I proved I had "paid" for in home service. I said then I would never buy anything from them again, I have not 11 years later and I never will. Circuit City went out of business, Sears too, Why? Like this store they forgot about who and why they unlock the doors in the first place---The Customer.

My Best Buy Total Membership seems to be an waste of money Since I took my daughters laptop in to get fixed and two weeks later, got it back the same and was told to make an appointment at Apple what a waste of time and money
